Oh man I remember when I was that heavy. I hated it! I was so uncomfortable, moody, tired, self conscious, I didn’t like to go buy new clothing. I didn’t feel pretty at all. I started working out at home on my own and to be honest I didn’t keep up with my workouts because I let procrastination take over me 🤷🏻♀️ I had no support or anything to keep me going, I just had a bunch of excuses. I went to the gym here and there with my husband but I felt like I needed something else. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Becoming a Coach changed my life. I get to work at what I love the most, having to be product of the product is a huge responsibility! If you want to sell you have to show results, right ? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I think I have done a pretty good job and I can pat myself on the back and say that I’m super proud of myself. I’m still a work in progress and this is just the beginning. Becoming a coach has opened my eyes in so many ways and believe me it took me forever to want to spend any kind of money but now I just love investing in myself, it makes me happy to know I’m taking care of myself. I have little ones that depend on me and I need to be strong to be able to provide them quality time by becoming the best version of myself. They need a healthy, active, happy and strong mom that won’t only watch them play and have fun but that wants to be involved and play with them too. 💚#blessed ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Have you missed this sweaty face haha... Excercise has been my outlet for a long time, I love it... I love the rush I get from pushing myself hard and how wonderful I feel when I know I’ve done my best and I’m covered in sweat. It has helped me hold back deep depression.
Before learning about my condition I was so hopeful that all my hard work was going to pay off and my pain would eventually go away, and I’d lose this weight that holds me back... after so much time I finally went into the dr. And after he delivered that and other blows I found myself saying and believing for the first time in a long time, “What’s the point!” I honestly really shouldn’t complain I don’t have it bad compared to so many people, but you don’t think much about that when you are wallowing in your own self pity.
About a week and a half ago I was doing some deep thinking and evaluating things and I realized that although I can no longer do high impact I can still exercise and it’s up to me to find a way to live a happy full life and minimize pain.
So here is to a new chapter that will still be filled with awesomeness!
