Waldo or Wally? I love them both. Where’s Waldo? A children’s book first published in 1987 by English illustrator, Martin Handford, a former advertising illustrator who loved to draw crowds of people. His art director (a very smart man) recommended he include a character that the readers could find within the crowd, and Wally/Waldo appeared. 67 million books later Waldo is much loved internationally.
Kristin’s Dad, Ken, brought Heaton a Where’s Waldo book this visit. Each page is a delight to the eyes.
I especially love this partial detail from the beach. #martinhandford#whereswaldo#childrensbooks#beachdrawing#breathe
One of my classmates from back home posted this on Facebook, like wow! Almost 20 years ago. Growing up in the Philippines was such an amazing experienced. I had such a great childhood and a phenomenal upbringing. I grew up poor we didn’t have much when I was a kid, but my parents always made sure our hearts were full. Looking at this picture reminds me exactly how far I’ve come and how much more I have to go. I was a bad bad mf in elementary I used to fight boys all the time lol. Once a moment is caption it will forever be a memory, cherish them💛! #99tothe2000s#whereswaldo#youngratchet#beenmeanmuggin#filipino#kapampangan#pampanga
It seems like yesterday that I spoke of this day - the day my first true love would turn 20! No longer a little boy or a teenager, but a young man. A gentleman that I am proud to call my son. If you recall on his 16th birthday I wrote a little story about how at the age of 2 Prince ran over this tree with his Papa's tractor and up to that point this now beautiful tree was on the verge of dying. After the trauma she stood straight up. Through every season, she seems to stand taller and her limbs grow little bit longer... just like my Prince.💙 HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY PRINCE!💞 #alwaysbemybaby#whereswaldo#1998
