After I came back from Bali, my skin was a mess. I started taking my @sunfood chlorella tablets again and within two days, my skin cleared up dramatically.

Here's a recipe for you to try, packed with vitamins and minerals that will support your entire body to rebuild itself and produce more energy, thus combating physical and mental fatigue.
2 kale leaves
1 cup spinach
A handful of parsley
A handful of cilantro
3 medium sized celery sticks 2/3 cucumber
Juice of 2 green lemons
If you're not used to drinking juices, add any of this options for a better taste:
1-2 🍏 organic Golden apple (if it's not organic, wash it thoroughly to remove the exterior wax 🤒)
1 cup 🍍pineapple
Juice all the ingredients and add the lemon juice at the end🤗🤗🤗 Because the leafy greens contain very little water is better to juice them in a cold press or masticating juicer and makes every bunch of leafy greens with a piece of cucumber or celery in order to get all the nutrients of your greens.

As winter approaches alot of countries will have reduced light . Winter is not the time to be wearing sunglasses 🕶. We need as much light to our eyes as possible.

Here are my tips to Survive winter blues :
✅ Limit night time use of iPads , computers, TV, bright lightbulbs .
✅ Try blue blocker glasses at night 👓 they filter out blue part of the spectrum. There are plenty of options . Pick what suits the situations you encounter throughout the day.
✅ Invest in @lumie.lights for the morning. So you naturally wake up and switch off melatonin release .
✅ During the day use a SAD box if there is no sunlight outside.
✅ If you see the sun 🌞 go out and do a little bit of sun gazing . You want the blue- light spectrum during daylight hours to release cortisol to create alertness. And yellow amber light for the night to release melatonin- ::

Happy FRIDAY!! Everybody ❤️ There has been a great deal written about **INTERMITTENT FASTING** recently.
In fact, in recent years Intermittent fasting diets have exploded in popularity – from the Dr Michael Mosley endorsed 5:2 diet to the ‘two weeks on, two weeks off’ intermittent diet plan, to the more recent contender ‘one meal a day diet’ as expounded in the recently published How to Lose Weight Well diet by Dr Xand Van Tulleken.
While, it is true to say that the benefits of Intermittent fasting (IF) are probably the worst kept secrets in the wellness world. Few can doubt IF’s capacity to manage weight, give more energy, and clear up brain fog.
Despite IF’s benefits and trendy status, Fasting has actually been around for thousands of years. It has been practiced by Yogis and Taoists in Asia (it’s all in my book MIND BODY CLEANSE, Penguin Books) since time immemorial.
But the one question that I increasingly hear from one on one clients is *WHEN IS IT OK TO WORK OUT* while intermittent fasting? 💪🤸♂️🤽♀️
