3 days lunches prepped last night 😋 chicken with sweet potato then I add salad and cottage cheese. People always ask what I eat to lose weight etc... tbh it’s very basic 🤷🏼‍♀️ it doesn’t have to be as repetitive as I make it but I just find it easier that way. If I stick to the same foods I don’t get too tempted to have other things.. it’s when I get the taste for something I want it more 😈 I eat 80% clean/healthy food then 20% of whatever else. If I fancy some chocolate I’ll have some chocolate, it’s taken me a long time but I’ve finally got a good balance 🤙🏼 .

From a couple months after I first started to lift weights to now 💪
I'm been quite lucky in a way as I'm always been skinny so I don't have no real big transformation from big to slim as alot of inspiring people have on Instagram but I enjoy having my own story.
As a kid I've always been active and played my whole life playing football (or for you Americans reading this Soccer) around 4-5 times a week so I was always training and exercising.
The gym side was the further thing from my mind at one point as I weren't interested but then became something I needed! It soon became an addiction!
I didn't like the way I looked and wanted to change; I wanted to have muscles and working in a gym made me want to work hard to get them.....and like they say "the rest is history".
From under 10 stone of skinny to 13 stone of muscle.....this is my story!

I tried a random online plan and loved it and was hooked immediately especially when I saw results of eating a healthy diet. Then I got my feet wet in olympic lifting with 2 years of CrossFit. As you can see, I figured out how to lose the weight, but I needed to figure out how to really build muscle.  That’s when I hired @bigjonfitness in search of help with my nutrition to build more muscle and the rest is history! Through an amateur local bikini show to 🏆IFBB Pro figure competitor in 3 years! This has been the most satisfying phase in my life. Not a life changing but a life-giving one. My parents, friends, relatives kept on telling me for years to lose weight. 4. Accept the path won’t be a straight line; they’ll be curveballs, otherwise known as life, thrown at you.
5. Remind yourself of your promise.
6. Keep taking action consistently, not PERFECTLY.
7. Repeat step 1 as many times as necessary to ensure this time, you’re not going to focus on numbers but you are going to stop Sabotaging your plans to get where you really want to be👍🏻😘 With any results we desperately want, the magic is in making that commitment and taking action consistently: showing up for yourself, not giving up this time and seeing what you’re made of: which is good stuff!!!!!
