When it comes to trading journaling, I think there is something worth mentioning.
Many so called trading “mentors” will tell their students: “All succesful traders keep a trading journal, so you should too”. This is very true, but they don’t go in depth.
What should I journal? How should I structure my journal? How often should I journal? All these questions left unanswered by the “mentor”, and leaving the student in the dark.
Here is a few tips of mine to improve your journaling game:
Journal every single trade, with before and after screenshots.
Review your trades from the week, and combine them to a self review.
The self review should include:
1. What did I do wrong?
2. What did I do right?
3. What were my feelings?
4. Which factors, internal as external, made an impact on my returns this week?
5. Write down 3 things you can do next week to avoid making the same mistakes as last week
6. Write down 3 affirmations for next week.
Number 5 is truly important. Too many traders only write, what they did wrong. This makes the subconscious mind focus on negative feelings, such as doubt and fear. This is not good for your trading. You should write what you did wrong yes, however, you should Include 3 things to make sure that you don’t do it again. This makes your whole mind focus on solutions and progress, instead of negative feelings such as fear. This results in more fulfilment and joy in your trading.
And one last thing, go back and read your journal through. It’s really exciting to see oneselfs progress over time.
Don't worry so much, life has a funny way of taking you to very dark place in order to get you to the promise land. So as long as you have love in your heart & ambition in your mind all is possible.

Welcome to my page. Here's a glimpse into my journey with Young Living and where it all began.
Earlier this year in February I came home from work one day and was feeling very stressed out and my lovely wife Jules rolled some Stress Away essential oil blend on the back of my neck and face. I was instantly so relaxed and immediately felt the calming effects of Stress Away!
Jules had just become a member by ordering a Premium Starter Kit under a friend in Sydney. Up until this point I was a skeptic of oils as I had zero knowledge of them. Now there was no more denying how powerful they were!
Stress as most would know is actually one of the greatest killers in society. This oil Stress Away is still one of my favourites and I'm convinced it can help reduce stress.
