“You cannot be who you are not.
Simply rest, sit still and unknot.
You may even try to emulate and inspire,
But it's the inner self that you'll transpire.”

some frames from my next film 🎥 🌴// haven’t been this excited to share a project I’ve been working on for a while. I spent a long time figuring out the story in this film + how I wanted to tell it. Ill be releasing it very soon so turn on my post notifications to see when it’s live 👀
✨New Video - sound on!✨Created by the super talented @jawnphoto 📸 for @tisoonline #bothystories campaign!
We had so much fun shooting this in Aviemore a few weeks ago. Exploring Glenmore and Ryvoan Bothy, a beautiful part of Scotland and well worth a visit 🙌
Working with this guy has been a fascinating experience. Music is a big part of my life and I envy musicians and composers for the art they make. I've been capturing some process footage of @joaquinignaciog making the score for the adventure film he was out in Chile recording sound for. It's amazing hearing the peice evlove overtime and become more refined.
Really felt like fall this morning as in cold-af-left-the-windows-open. And as much as summer is my favorite season and I’m bummed to see it pass, I’m for changing seasons and change in general. I used to resist change so much but now I have a full on love fest for it. It always brings new, better things and I’m never one to stay in the same place✌🏽bring on fall (but maybe hold on the PSL)
This magical pool is going to haunt my imagination (wait! Are the words magic and imagination etymologically related?! If they aren’t they should be) until summer when it might just be warm enough to slip into its glimmering embrace and dissolve in the sounds of the Atlantic crashing against the other side of those rocks.
It's almost October and we have tons of fun outdoor programming and volunteer events in the books! 🕸 Head over to our online calendar to see what's going on at www.LeadingYouOutdoors.org. #LeadingYouOutdoors
This weekend was amazing. My birthday was Friday, but the real highlight was a trip to the Owyhee Mountains with the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG). We were given the GPS coordinates of an old broken seismometer and were asked to locate it and dig it up. Unfortunately, the seismometer had been moved so it was basically a wild goose hunt. We prevailed in the end, but it was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done. The views kept me from complaining though, and anytime I’m outside I’m happy. I can’t wait to become a Geophysicist someday so I can take real care of this amazing Earth 🌎
