It is health and friendship that is real wealth, not money or materialistic things. 🍃🤙🏽
Health is of paramount importance, but many people do not make eating well and exercising a priority until their health deteriorates. You must live in a balanced state so that you can be at your optimal level in all aspects of your life.
You can’t expect to look like a million bucks if you eat from the dollar menu. 😜

Set your own course by the stars. The magic of Hawaii comes from the stillness of the sea and the lights from the stars. The Milky Way over the Hanalei pier. The pier is red from someone's car tail lights. This is a single photograph, 30 second exposure, ISO 1600, f2.8 wish I was able to do more star photography this season, but sadly the clouds have been a nuisance. .

First hike I did in Hawaii definitely had to be Pali Puka 😂 Even though I’ve been up here so many times, I think it’s one of the best hikes. From the Puka you’re able to see both Kaneohe, Downtown, and (my favorite) the Ko’olau Mountains.
🌊💨🔥 the elements shape the Hawaiian islands- I mainly shape who my son will be until he comes to a point in his life when he recognizes how much of what I gave him is really him and of value for his further path. I wish I could always consciously choose the elements I shape him with- well, I guess he has to deal with some of my shit as well. 🌊💨🔥 part 3 of 3 —> Check my feed to see the full photo

Had the opportunity for a short afternoon dive. I was on the clock so I knew I had to make my dives count. Jumped in to the water and ditched all the shoreline stuff. Found a nice hole in the reef about 1/3 mile out from shore. Dove down and hid in a crack between two rocks. Immediately two large grade uhu came within shot range. I was about to take the shot but a silhouette of a much larger uhu in the distance caught my eye. It was hard to wait when I had two other uhu literally in front of my face, but patience and holding out paid off! This dozer red came just within shot range. Pulled the trigger and nailed a head shot! Lucky cause the flopper was barely passed the fish! Cheeehooo!! Ono grindzzz!! Shot with my trusty ace samurai! Go team ace!

Found and fixed the aloha rocks in sharks cove with @claychic.ceramics and her bad ass mom! I don’t know many moms that would come to sharks cove and scuba through these dark and even sometimes really narrow caves. This woman had no fear. Was awesome to see mom and daughter dive buddy’s. Hope we get to dive with you guys again when you come back to Hawaii.🤙🏽
