A go-to place to chill with your friends. 145 is a great place for food and music.
We opted for the Fraedo's Favorite penne pasta. It had a very smooth texture and was tossed in creamy cheese sauce along with crushed potatoes and almonds. Overall, it was extremely cheesy - which was the best part. However, we thought it was a little bland. If that's your thing, you will love this dish. Although it could have had a little more spice to it.

You can always spice it up with some oregano and chilli flakes according to your liking. Good enough quantity for 2 people.
A Gujarati dish served as a snack or a side with lunch or dinner, Lila muthias are super healthy.
Grated bottle gourd, chopped onion greens, spinach, fenugreek leaves are combined with whole wheat flour, chickpeas flour and pearl millet flour with turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, little sugar, yoghurt and sesame seeds to form a dough. Then steamed.
Once cooked, cool and slice into roundels. Add tempering of mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves.
I think it's a meal by itself!

.No tenía tiempo, así que corte el tofu que me quedaba y lo puse al microondas (tal cual) durante 2’. Mientras se hacía saqué esparragos y corte el tomate. Todo junto aliñado con AOVE y un poco de especias y listo! .Tenemos de todo: hidratos complejos, proteína completa, vitaminas y minerales! .¿De verdad el tiempo es un impedimento para comer sano?

Não deixem de consumir saladas só porque a temperatura está mais amena. Vale refogar e fazer legumes no vapor se a verdura crua não apetece. Mas acho que o “truque” é sempre variar os ingredientes.. assim sempre terá novos sabores de uma forma muito fácil. Além de que, também comemos com os olhos.. óia que saladão linduuu 👀🙃.

Today for lunch I made the portabello tinga from @rawvana’s 21 day weight loss and self-love ebook. SO DELICIOUS! Definitely a recipe I’ll make again. This is my second week following the plan and I have really enjoyed all the recipes! I’ve only been following the plan during my work week (so I’m not making the weekend meals) because it works best for me. I’ve still managed to already lose 3 pounds! Having plenty of food prepped in the fridge makes a HUGE difference for me.
