It’s been 8 months now 💔 but it feels just like yesterday that I had to say good-bye to one of the people I loved most in this world - my Nonna 👵🏼. Although we’ve done this for the past couple of years now, this is the first year that the hubby and I made some Italian stuffed olives 🇮🇹 for the holidays, but I sadly won’t be able to share them with her.
This was a family tradition I grew up with, making these only and ever with my Nonna. It’s a bitter-sweet moment but I’m so happy to have this to remember her by forever ❤️ Now, who’s coming over?! #trueitalian#oliveallascolana
On the fresh sheet this week while it lasts...Dover Sole stuffed with wild caught Blue Crab and White Prawns served over fergola sarda, spinach, cherry tomatoes and topped with white wine lemon cream sauce. Pair with a glass of our Soave Classico. Delicious!
