This week's #weeklyweightprogress ! My muscle mass is recovering quite nicely and body fat is steadily reduced. Overall a pretty satisfactory week. Cleaning out my diet and doing progressive overload after fixing my form really helps.
1 heavy exercise left to do this week and I'm going to attempt to achieve new PR on deadlift and overhead press tomorrow.

Der Geduldige, der weiß, dass der Weg das Ziel ist, wird auch langfristig Abnehmen und das Gewicht behalten. Warum? 🤔
Weil er verstanden hat, dass man sein Leben etwas umkrempeln muss. Neben mehr Bewegung und Sport ist vor allem die Ernährung der Schlüssel zum Erfolg. ✔️
Also, wenn du vorhast etwas zu verändern, dann sei dir gewiss, dass es was dauern wird, bis du am Ziel angekommen bist. 💯
Stichwort „Motivation“ - versuche dich täglich aufs neue zu motivieren, damit dein gestecktes Ziel auch erreichbar bleibt 💪🏻

Stretcher crew for tonight’s @concacafw Championship Final featuring our @ussoccer_wnt and @canadasoccer. Thankfully the crew wasn’t needed as 🇺🇸 came away injury-free with another 🏆 to add to the collection. Great game to see so up close and personal!
I’ve stated that I am a dancer & also trained in college. I never shared any videos or behind the scenes of me actually dancing. Now that I’ve found some old rehearsal videos, here they are as promised!Almost 4 years ago I was rehearsing for an extremely challenging dance concert called “Losing It”. I had the opportunity to dance with some of my closest friends & learn so much from my most cherished mentors. This piece is called “They Dance” which was choreographed by one of my idol professors JEAN KERR and it was by far my favorite piece that I danced in that was featured in the two hour concert. Based on @theofficialsting ’s song “They Dance” the piece shows women who found their healing with dance while waiting for their beloved soldiers to come back from war.
