I’m a little late posting this session, but oh well. I’m very happy with how my form is handling the heavier weights so far, but my left hip was just not happy this session. I think I may have slightly pinched or strained something earlier in the week, and as a result my left hip/leg just felt achy and weak the whole session. Aside from that, everything went great.
