Now, you can take this and adjust it to your body, but at the end of the day, 99% of you will not stick w/ something like this because it kinda fucking sucks to get in 100-130g of protein when you are hungry af after fasting.

That’s completely normal—I get it.

But it all comes down to how bad you want this as well as how well you know your body.

What I have found to be so beneficial for this approach is for 2 reasons:
1️⃣ Protein is ~70% out of the way, so more room for a ton of calories and “junk food.”
2️⃣ I have WAY less cravings later at night because I’m so satiated from the high amount of protein.
