The question for Day 4️⃣: When practicing outside are you always prepared with having your mat with you, or do you just go with the flow and use whatever ground you have?
Answer: I typically plan my outdoor yoga seshes before adventuring, so I take my designated “outdoor yoga mat” if I’m planning on doing a full yoga flow (mainly because I go off of dusty/dirty biking/walking trails and right now there’s still poison oak all over the place, and I just don’t want to put my sweaty back or stomach on that ground 😝 lol). If I’ve already warmed up with a yoga flow and don’t need my mat and just want to shoot some photos, I’ll typically ditch it and just bring my @yogapaws (gloves, socks, and knee mat/pad) to ensure I have traction for my hands and feet while getting into postures, as well as some extra cushion for my head if I’m practicing inversions!
