Taquitos de tofu y pavo , salteados con ajo en polvo deshidratado , aceite de orégano , sésamo y salsa de soja.  Hoy lo acompañamos con huevo revuelto!
Fizz's special seasoned fried Tofu, with scallion bubble and balsamic and maple roasted sprouts and broccoli.  Dip with v mayo, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper. Proper banging!

Taken me a few too many years to learn that I can again find @otokomaeken tofu in nyc & especially at Sunrise Mart. Sad for the large gap in pleasure, thrilled that I no longer have to needlessly mourn a favorite edible. (Not that kind!) If you’ve been skeptical about tofu, this brand totally indulges ur creme fraiche, custard like, tofu fantasies-should u have had any. I’d say go, run, try, but in reality, they fly just a few packages in from Kyoto prefecture on Thursdays & I’m torn about sharing. Do what u must. But a bar code with surfer art?!? 💥 VEGAN SRIRACHA POTATO SKINS 💥🥔 🥑 
A typical Saturday night consists of Dan and I experimenting in the kitchen and man that is when magic happens 🤩 ( fr ) I am so grateful for these nights from the bottom of my heart... bc then I would probably be a “boring vegan/ plantbased chick) hahaha jk!! But seriously. A year ago I limited carbs to the max- especially potatoes. Jeez, don’t know what I was thinking. Now I eat oats potatoes and pasta erryday #complexcarbsbaby ANYWAYS. these babies are unreal + so simple. Dan was def more than happy to see me eat a potato w him LMAO. They legit tasted like potato skins. We ended up with a “VEGAN SRIRACHA POTATO SKIN?” that’s what we’re calling them so thank us after you try 😜💓 (and don’t forget to tag @madlifestyle_x / #marepower for a feature!) I think i’m gonna hit the left over for a snack right now .. 😛 (questions ? comment!)
INGREDIENTS:
◻️4 preferred Potato’s (our picks were 2 sweet, 2 white)
◻️Trader Joe’s Sriracha Bakes Tofu
◻️ @gardein Beefless crumbles
◻️Avocado
◻️Green onion
◻️Sriracha
◻️Vegan butter / Olive oil
◻️Vegan cheese (optional) (we chose almond milk mozzarella 🤩)

Instructions :
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Wash + Slit potatoes. Microwave 
3.  Heat skillet with olive oil + lightly sauté @gardein beefless crumbles 
4. Dice Sriracha Tofu 
5. Slice green onion 
6. Slice soft microwaved potato’s in half fully 
7. Slightly scoop out the centers of the potato (enough to stuff) (can save extra 2 eat) 
8. Lightly Butter or Olive oil the inner potatoes 
9. LAYER 1: Fill each with ab 1 tsp of beefless crumbles + LAYER 2: Add diced tofu 
10. REPEAT STEP 9 after pushing down filling for another layer 😍
11. BAKE @ 425 for 10 minutes 
12. Take out and @traderjoes Vegan Almond Milk moz shreds (10/10 recommend) 
13. BAKE @ 425 for 5-10 Mins (⚠️ cheese won’t melt completely) 
14. Drizzle sriracha + add guac or mashed avocado 🥑 
15. ENJOY BABES! Don’t forget to make a tag / tag me and snap a pic of ya make 😇

Since it’s cold out there a warm and #nutritious #soop is the option for the kitchen. I used #tofu base soon got from #hmart plus #bokchoy a #chinese veggie, #garlic and #inoki mushrooms. Everything was mixed together at the end I just added some #noodles to make more filling #voila

- 5 shiitakes - 1 dent d’all
- espaguetis a gust
- 1 cullerada de pasta de tomàquet
- 1 cullerada de salsa de soja

Per la salsa: Cuinem a la paella amb una mica d’oli la ceba i l’all, després afegim els bolets. Escorrem bé el tofu i el posem esmicolat a la paella amb la salsa de soja. Afegim la pasta de tomàquet i mig gotet d’aigua i deixem reduir. Afegim sal, pebre i orenga.

It’s meatless Monday so why not try this yummy Burrito Bowl? .
This was the most popular meal during my Plantbased Eating 21 Day Challenge. And for good reason, it’s loaded with all the goodies: rice, lots of veggies, beans, spicy-black-pepper-sriracha tofu, and a big mound of guacamole.

Method for the Tofu (using the method from #wickedhealthy), preheat the oven to 400º F, cut the tofu into cubes (if using a whole block, I cut 36 cubes). Cover and roll them in fresh cracked black pepper and ground pepper (I frequently sprinkle them with @traderjoesvegan EBTB sesame seasoning blend too 😬). Heat a cast iron pan on high heat with oil and a sprinkle of salt. Sear the tofu on each side until golden and crisp. Place the whole pan into the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, squirt with sriracha (to taste) and set aside. This is my favourite way to eat tofu now!

Then whipped up a quick guacamole (recipe OTB); sliced some sweet tomatoes in half and doused them with lime juice, chipotle @tabasco sauce and chopped cilantro; added a few slices of coloured peppers and handful of greens. Ready to dig in! 🍴

So glad we did #bodypump today with @mommyonamissioneindhoven and then we got to talk about food afterwards (of course so normal!) So this idea was planted of #tofuscramble and I just had to go for it! 
Damn it it was so good! Its all about the right seasoning! All is in spices you can make that blant #tofu so delicious! So here it is:
• 1 block of tofu • handful of leftover boiled potatoes/ u can replace with sweet potatoes, bell peppers, courgette or just have only tofu. All would work! I just needed my #carbs
• 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic
• hemp seeds (for that extra #protein)
• spinach spinach lemon juice

1)Tofu crash with hands, place in a bowl with tiny bit of sunflower oil, bbq spice mix, turmeric, chilli, 1 tbs soy sauce. Mix all with a spoon. Leave that aside.
2)in a pan start geating up the onions and garlic and throw in the potatoes, add salt and pepper you can use oil for frying if you wish more crispy potatoes. When potatoes turn golden add tofu.
3) stir everything and cook for anither few minutes. Add fresh chives on top.
4) serve with spinach and hemp seeds! It was super easy and delicious! Super quick protein packed meal...then i had three cinammon rolls from yesterday oops #sorrynotsorry

Crispy Tofu w/Mushrooms Sourdough Sandwiches Ⓥ

To achieve the best taste and texture of the Tofu I highly recommend to freeze the tofu before you use it. Defrost, thick slice and season one side with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and a drop of liquid smoke for every piece. 
Pan fry with a bit of oil, once flipped, season again. Fry until golden and crispy on the outside. 
Pan fry mushrooms, leeks and spinach, once cooked lower the heat, add chutney and splash of water and mix all together. 
Stack all that goodness on the bread, add rocket and gherkins, splash with mustard, sriracha and sriracha mayo.

Organic Tofu 200g 
Sourdough Bread 250g (2 slices)
Geetas Mango Chutney 50ml (tablespoon) 
White Mushrooms 100g 
Baby Spinach 100g 
Rocket 100g
Leeks 100g

Lately I’ve been in the mood for some stir fry/chow mein noodles & I’ve had these super low cal tofu shirataki noodles in my fridge for forever so I thought I’d finally make use of them! Turned out great & it’s filled with some delicious veggies.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What’s in my bowl🥡
▫️2 packets of Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti Noodles (@housefoodsamerica)
▫️Sauce (ingredients below)
▫️1/4 Onion, sliced
▫️Frozen Corn
▫️Carrots, shredded
▫️Frozen Peas
▫️Half Bushel Broccoli
▫️Purple Cabbage, shredded
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sauce Deets👇🏼
▫️3 cloves Garlic
▫️1 tsp Ginger
▫️1/3 Low Salt Soy Sauce (@kikkomanusa)
▫️1 tbsp Sesame Oil (@kikkomanusa)
▫️1 tbsp Rice Vinegar (@kikkomanusa)
▫️1 tbsp Honey (@365bywholefoods)
▫️1/2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce (@huyfongfoods)

Sauce - To make things easier, I like to just mix everything in a food processor since I hate chopping garlic & ginger. So add the two to a food processor & pulse until fine. Add in remaining ingredients & blend.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For the noodles, start off by opening both packets in a colander & thoroughly rinsing them off in water (they have a funny smell but it goes away easily). Then, boil them in water for roughly 5 mins. Move back to colander & let it sit to drain out the water.
Prepare all the veggies & then in a large pan, cook  them in some olive oil for roughly 10 mins. Once the veggies are cooked, add in the noodles. Mix & then lastly, pour in the sauce. Evenly mix everything together.
Serve in a bowl & top with sesame seeds!🤗🥢

Add in remaining ingredients & blend. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For the noodles, start off by opening both packets in a colander & thoroughly rinsing them off in water (they have a funny smell but it goes away easily). Then, boil them in water for roughly 5 mins. Move back to colander & let it sit to drain out the water. Prepare all the veggies & then in a large pan, cook them in some olive oil for roughly 10 mins. Once the veggies are cooked, add in the noodles. Mix & then lastly, pour in the sauce. Evenly mix everything together.
