#Repost from @polochatter. Team Work... Polo is a big circus, and the game and the players are only the tip of the ice-berg.
Back stage is huge and the whole circus would come to a halt without all the cogs being oiled. .
So today here is to the winterers, the loyal passionate horse lovers who go out rain, slate or snow, to make sure the big fuzzy polo ponies have grass, hayledge and water. To check those valuable legs for kicks and cuts, who dress wounds and give care.
Not chasing the endless summer, but making sure the show will be on the road once the “trapeze artists” and “ringleaders” return. .
You are an important part of the team, and without you there would be no summer circus.

I don't usually open up to SM or people. But here is my story and i hope someone finds some inspiration out of this to help themselves.
Early this year i was diagnosed with Clinical Depression. I was put in a situation where i had no support from family, infidelity in my relationship, and hit rock bottom. This lead me to attempt Suicide and end up in Hospital. It was that moment where i woke up in a Bankstown Hospital bed thinking "sabs you need to get your shit together" . I worked my ass off at work, ran 3 teams on my own totaling to Leading a team of 51 bankers. This brought out a different side of me that i never knew. A stronger and further more independent side. With no support from family other than phone calls from my sister, repeated check ins with my girls and lectures and motivation from my Mentor. It came down to me and the decisions i make.
Althought this Year has been the worst year for me emotionally, Its been my strongest year Professionally. 😄 I THANK all who has hurt me, all that has helped me, those who supported me and those who motivated me to stand back up stronger than ever. 😘

Kaze meni jednom moja ljube @adavanderlyle :"koliko si samo zaba 🐸 morala poljubiti 😘 da bi dosla do ovog princa 🤴!"
Ziva istina. Ali vrijedilo je. I ponovila bih sve opet kada bih znala da me na kraju puta ceka on. 😍
A belated #MotivationMonday - October 2013➡️➡️October 2018
The first photo was taken on the day I received the greatest gift anyone could ask for: the day I was told I was in remission 👌🏻 The second photo, 5 years later spending the day with the person I love ❤️
Last week, shortly after the second photo was taken, we ascended the i360 to look out over Brighton. Looking out to sea has been something that helps my relax all my life, especially during my cancer treatment. Last week when we were looking out over the West Pier (my favourite landmark in Brighton) I was totally overcome with emotion. I don’t know whether it was the memory of staring into the sea, the happiness I was feeling that day or the feeling of gratefulness that I have been given that second chance of life. I’ll never forget the feelings I went through during chemo, or that feeling when I was told I was remission. However, the feeling of spending time with your family and loved ones on your birthday comes pretty close to that day in 2013 ❤️💚
Two completely contrasting birthdays but both just as meaningful to me - here’s to 5 years in remission and hopefully many more to come 🥂🥂

Wow, couldn't believe it this morning when I woke up to see I now have over 400 followers! Thank you to each and every one of you 😊 Big thanks to @thetriggertwins for the story love yesterday 😘
So to all my new followers 👋 I hope you like my feed. I mainly post our dinners (because breakfasts are not worth posting anymore 🙈). My LG is now 21 months old and she has been eating meals like this since 12 months. I started this page to hopefully give other parents and caregivers ideas - I sometimes get comments about how I have the time etc to cook like this and honestly most of my dinners take 15-30 minutes. I photograph them whilst babas is cooling and we eat the same, so it's not as time consuming as it looks.
There are definitely days where OG will get freezer food (which is why I try to have a stash of homemade stuff, but if I don't I will just check packaging for salt/sugar content) and party food and other "crap" when we're out and about (or typically when daddy is in sole charge 😂). For the main part we try to keep it fresh, low sugar and salt and home cooked - real food for toddlers.
Let me know below or DM me if you've got any questions about our food journey so far or just in general. It's always lovely to hear from you all. Have a fab day/night/week! 😘 Sarah x

When did you last notice the meal in front of you? When did you last
Pray to it,
Sing to it,
Celebration dance to it?
Express gratitude to the people who helped bring this meal to your table, and the living breathing earth that free it up to this moment? °
Michael Pollan talks about the spiritual act of the meal as a kind of communion. A place where we take the body of the world into our bodies, and engage with one another: both the hands that worked to bring it to our table and the hands holding cutlery next to us. °
My invitation to you, from my little European kitchen via this little bubble of tech, is to put down your phone (apologies, yes the irony is not lost on me) and really notice the next meal. Celebrating it in whatever manner you choose.
