Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles)
House-made flat noodles, thinly sliced bamboo shoot and baby corn stir fried in a spice paste and garlic sauce, finished with scallions, fried garlic and crispy basil leaves.
Rating: ☆☆☆☆ These drunken noodles are delicious! The dish had a lot of components in it, but they all worked well with each other. It had chicken, baby corn, onions, basil leaves, garlic, red chili peppers, and egg. The most pronounced flavors were garlic and basil, and I really liked the combo. It wasn't spicy, but more brothy (if that's even a word). The serving size was quite big and it was filling. I'd have this dish again.
Also, I love the interior of this place. Crisp white everything, with pops of neon and black in the artwork on the walls. It's bright, airy, and refreshing.
Pad Thai whatever you want. But here, the classic is Khoung (crevettes) ผัด ไทย กุ้ง.
There’s chicken, vegetarian and vegan options available too.
And it’s gluten free. .
