Apparently in French, you don’t really say “I miss you.” You say “tu me manques,” which is closer to “you are missing from me.”
I love that! “You are missing from me’. You are a part of me, you are essential to my being. You are like a limb, or an organ, or blood. I cannot function without you.
I honestly feel that way about the ocean and the sun. The waves, the breeze, that energy is missing from me every day 🌊
If I go too long without seeing a sun setting or rising over the horizon I start to feel claustrophobic and I used to not know why I get this way but once I figure it out, it’s my life goal to see as many sunrises and sunsets over the ocean I possibly can.☀️ anyone else with he same goal?

A contrast of east and west, old and new, this is now one of Macao’s most iconic buildings - the 2018 Grand Lisboa, built by HK architects. Swipe left for another icon - the 17th century Ruins of St Paul’s, built by Jesuit priests. Stone statuettes vs shiny disco ball - both equally Macao. #eastmeetswest#macao
