➿J’ai du louper un truc ... comme si on avait pas fini de me programmer.
➿A me regarder, je suis le stéréotype parfait de la bimbo 2.0 (on ne va pas se mentir hein, moi la première, si je me croisais dans la rue je me dirais « mais putain c’est quoi ça »). Entre les tatouages, le style vestimentaire léger, la voix éraillée qui porte, le rire facile, les seins en plastique ou encore la frange (« on est pas des putes à franges ok » mdr), j’ai vraiment pas lésiné sur la panoplie.
➿Mais cela s’arrête là, je veux dire que je suis ainsi faite, pour moi, le corps qu’il soit exposé ou non reste de la peau, le style vestimentaire est équivalent à une envie ponctuelle, les tatouages une extension de moi ... mais humainement pour le coup, j’ai du louper un truc.
➿Je sors énormément, mais je dépasse rarement un verre (de champagne, parce que quand même, je suis un peu pétasse), j’ai jamais touché à la drogue (le chocolat ça compte pas non ?), on ne m’a jamais vu me frotter à un mec - hétéro ahah - en soirée (genre spontex), mais aussi et surtout j’ai pas le vice de certain(e)s.
➿Je suis peut être archaïque, mais je n’ai jamais trompé personne (même pas un plan cul ... euh la meuf elle parle de plan cul et elle parle de principe ... détendez vous hein), je conçois pas les coups de putes entre nanas (d’où on drague un mec en couple ? C’est une question de respect, même envers soi même), je suis incapable de mentir sur ce que je suis pour obtenir ce que je veux.
➿Je sais pas si c’est moi le problème, mais je trouve vraiment que tout pars en c **** et ça m’inquiète.

Going with the hub crowd and giving DUP a go in an attempt to start adding volume back into my workouts now that the back is feeling more stable (touch wood). I used today’s challenge move as a warm up for today’s workout (got a few moves in my stories so check it out!!). It works wonders for your booty, hamstrings and core, you know... the lower part a lot of us struggle with 😒. It can also be used as a burnout after your booty workout 😉 thank me later 😜

It’s been hard for me to put into words all the feelings and how amazing last night was. I felt like it was this movie moment where your life comes full circle and your friends and family are there and your supporting cast is having their moments too.
Thank you to all who are tagged (a few I couldn’t sorry! Limited to 20 tags 😞) and those who were there last night. My parents @wegys and @wegs_too get an extra shoutout because they came out and finally saw me pole live for the first time in 3 1/2 years. I am glad you could be there to see the sport that has captured my heart.

Results are in: 28th May I started a new cut. I set goals, new training plan and a new meal plan to fit my macros. 🥗
My starting weight was 68kg. Due to inconsistency in female bodies, my goal was set around photos and how I felt but I said to myself I’d like to see 66kg on the scales. So long as I loved how I looked that was my priority💪🏼
I also told you how posing for the best physique angles was an uncomfortable area for me so I decided another goal was to practice poses and learn to be comfortable with posting figure images. I’m slowly getting there. Perfect poses ? Absolutely Not. Happier to post myself ? Yes! 💪🏼 Learn to love what you have I guess and I now feel less awkward in front of the camera. 📸
Over the last 7 weeks I have stuck to a macro split plan slowly decreasing my calories but I have had a handful of weekends where I’ve over indulged on Prosecco or chocolate🍫BUT I kept my training consistent and added in extra cardio where I felt necessary 💦
Here you see my uncomfortable DAY 1 photo and my WEEK 7 photo. I am now 65kg which is a 3kg drop, I can see real figure/shape changes in my upper body and legs and have abs shining through!💥
The main question is:
Am I looking a lot leaner, fitter, healthier and ultimately happier? Yes! 😍
My journey this time round was about self love, a balanced life and happiness within myself. Was I successful? HELL YEAH! ❤️
Today I head on my first family holiday in years and I can’t wait to rock my new bikinis with a huge smile 👙
I would love to say a huge thank you for my incredible boyfriend @eoinbrennan_pt who sorted my macro split meal plan, supported me along the journey, encouraged me through the tough and hungry times😂 but ultimately picked me up when I was down, he is a huge contribution to my happiness again❤️
