ただ今、医療気功を勉強中。ストレッチやヨガに共通している部分も多く興味深い。姿勢、呼吸法、気の持ち方がいかに大事か。今月30日から東京に2泊、関西10泊程します。ストレッチ練習、飲み🍾食いお付き合いしてくれる方連絡下さい。

How much water do we need a day.

So, to start, there's the statement that the average person should drink 8 glasses of water per day. But is this true and where did this suggestion come from? 
In 1974, Dr Margret McWilliams wrote a book called nutrition for good health, in which she stated that the average adult should drink 6-8 glasses of fluids per 24 hours, including coffee, tea milk and juice. 
However, this seems to have been exaggerated and the 8 glasses has been changed to exclusively water with other drinks then being added on top of this amount.

Truthfully, individual water requirements are so varied from person to person, based on size, bodyfat, muscle mass, training and even climate. This makes it particularly hard to track with so many variables to control.

In fact, most academic papers state that adults can use thirst as a guide as to how much water they need. There can be exceptions to this, the elderly and young infants’ thirst regulation can be suppressed and may need to monitor it more closely.

So, without exercise, drink when you feel you need to is the general consensus. I would drink more on workout days. Its been shown that 3% dehydration, decreases power and endurance by at least 10%. Assess your progress and if training and nutrition are in check and strength dips, drink more.

Мотивирую себя и стараюсь становится с каждым днём немного лучше, пусть даже в какой-то одной сфере.
В подростковом возрасте я начала мечтать о шпагате, дальше этих мечтаний пару лет я не продвигалась, но начав и увидев первые результаты, к мечтам добавилось понимание  что я все таки смогу.
Не сразу конечно. У меня ушло пару лет что бы сдвинуть себя и начать садится ниже. А теперь я вижу что мне осталось совсем немного до поперечного)
И это не может не радовать, я понимаю что мои ежедневные труды дают результат) Спасибо @palcykiev.anna.lobanova за утренний заряд бодрости и возможность становится с вами ещё лучше)
