Exercises performed:
▪️ Toe touches
▪️ Leg raises
▪️ Russian twists (lift feet off floor and lean further back to make this more challenging)
▪️ Ab roll-outs (be sure to use a barbell where the ends aren’t locked in/can spin)

Perform 8-15 reps per exercise and repeat 4 times 🙂 I also finished off with 10-15 mins of HIIT intervals on this bike machine thingy (15 secs on and 45 secs off).

That’s a wrap ! 2018 ICN Victorian championships. First thing I just say is the lineup and the competitors that were out there this weekend were top notch ! I didn’t have any expectations to place up there. But came away with 2 🥈 in the novice and opens and a 🥇 in the U70kg physique. Definitely brought a fuller bigger physique this time. Had a little challenge with the abs not coming in 100% but came in 4 kilos heavier on stage. Would like to thank @dario_gomez_ for coaching me to my second comp an absolute legend and a top friend couldn’t have done it without him. @miriam_odisho I love you and thanks for putting up with my diet moods and staying home most weekends you were my rock. Going to enjoy the food this weekend and then back onto the clean eating next week! A 6-12 month break before going out on stage so I can really focus on thickening up and growing out my weaker areas. We are coming for that pro card !! 🏆😌😌

Sabes como hacer una sentadilla pistola?? 1- Levanta un pie del suelo. Párate con la espalda recta. Estira los brazos extendidos al frente para mantener el equilibrio y levanta un pie del suelo. La pierna debe estar a unos 45 grados del cuerpo. Esta es la posición inicial.[1]
Mantén siempre derecho el pie de apoyo. No muevas los dedos a la derecha o izquierda del cuerpo.

2-Baja para hacer una sentadilla. Con la pierna de apoyo, baja lentamente haciendo una sentadilla. Ve tan bajo como el cuerpo lo permita. Mientras haces esto, endereza la pierna levantada al frente de ti. Cuando llegues al final de la sentadilla, la pierna levantada debe permanecer recta junto al suelo. Mantente así por un segundo.
Asegúrate de que la rodilla de la pierna de apoyo no se extienda más allá de los dedos del pie.

3- Levántate y vuelve a la posición inicial. Levántate de nuevo parándote sobre la pierna de trabajo. Hazlo lento para mantener el equilibrio. Mientras te paras, devuelve la pierna levantada a un ángulo de 45 grados con relación al resto del cuerpo.
En ningún momento debes permitir que el talón deje de tocar el suelo. Debes extender la pierna y presionar sobre el talón.[2] Si se te hace muy difícil mantener el talón pegado al suelo, coloca un disco para pesas debajo del mismo. Esto te ayudará a presionar hacia abajo con el talón en lugar de los dedos del pie.

The first step in boosting your bench press is also the simplest; positioning yourself on the bench. Proper body positioning and alignment can increase leverage, improve mechanical advantage, decrease the distance the bar has to travel and provide a powerful foundation to press from. ,

Lie on the bench with your eyes in line with the bar. If you slide too far up on the bench, the bar may hit the uprights as you are pressing. If you’re too far towards the foot of the bench, you have to struggle just to get the bar off the rack. Even with a lift from a spotter, you’re still wasting strength, and an awkward liftoff could throw you off balance.
