Sometimes you just need to disconnect and enjoy your own company.✨💧 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Every now & then a detox is necessary. Cleanse the toxins from your body & life; that means negativity and stagnant energy of all forms - food, people, etc.. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
Consider yourself a receptor and transmitter of energy where everyone you encounter is emitting & receiving, in some shape or form, energy of their own as well. Through emotions, language, energy… or vibrations (aka 'vibes'), we are all encountering one another's frequencies, some not as clear as others… which is in turn considered "static" to your "channel." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀
Every now and then we feel fatigued, drained, or simply saddened by this negative energy and we simply feel the need to flee the world or close ourSelves off into our own. Even more in depth, at times we allow this static/energy to disturb our frequency for prolonged periods of time that we are no longer clear or at ease - creating dis-ease and illness within ourSelf. When you begin to feel this way - when your instinct, gut, intuition, Soul, start filling your being with knowing, alarm and unease - take the time needed to evaluate, come into yourSelf and dissect, clear your mind, breath, reflect and let go - do so fully and respectively; allow yourSelf the privilege of allotting time for YOU. Disconnect, and reconnect with what's truly important. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Tune into your inner frequency. xx✨⚡️
Good Morning Curlfriends,
I pray your week is off to a good start. I wanted to just share a little Hair information with you all.
Did you know that stress could be hindering your hair retention? •
Stress can cause many conditions that lead to hair loss. These include: Alopecia Areata - Sudden loss of large clumps of hair in areas around your scalp. Telogen Effluvium - This is a condition where more hairs than normal prepare to fall out.
If stress is getting the best of you, you might want to hit the mat and give yoga a try. Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga can help reduce stress, increase blood circulation to entire body including scalp and so much more. @smiling.curls

I used to think it was my job to wake people up.... .
It was an exhausting way to live, also a very disappointing way because I felt like I was constantly being rejected by the very people I was trying to "save".... .
Fast forward a few years, I now realize that it IS NOT my job to wake people up!! Whew, what a burden off my shoulders that is lol... .
But it is MY job to be a resource for those who are already awake and those who are waking up!!!!! .
It is my job to stand fully in the calling God gave me to allow others room to grow into theirs .
It is my job to be strong and courageous to show others it's possible for them too. .
It is my job to be a beacon of hope for those searching for the truth that can feel deep in their spirit is out there....the people that feel that little nudge of a feeling saying there has got to be more going on than meets the eye.... .
Those people are my people... .
I was one of those people...and God has continually lead me to seek out the reality that us under the surface....showing me there is soooooo much more than what meets the eye. .
It hasn't been an easy journey....a lot of the time it makes me very sad and honestly it would be much easier to go back to not knowing the things I know...but I can't.. .
That would serve me and it wouldn't serve any of the people being affected by the things I've seen... .
So here I will continue to stand talking about the things God puts on my heart looking like a crazy person to most...but that is fine by me because I know there are others out there who need to see what I have to say. 💜
