Mais um PR batido esse ano! Hoje foi de “Carreira Solo” e infelizmente esse não foi comemorado com a equipe do Coach Time, mas os resultados estão aparecendo!

A huge AROO to the man himself, @johngauch, VP of @spartan Training, for welcoming Senseï Pascal in the belly of the Beast ! 🤗 We had a blast meeting all the passionate people responsible for bringing you pain, day in and day out ! 💪👍 (... and thank you John for doing those mandatory #Burpees with Senseï: video to come 😅) #SpartanSGXRiveSud#OCR#spartantraining
Looking back at how far I've come since I decided to sign up for my first Spartan race, I never, in my wildest dreams, thought about doing more than one race. Fast forward to 11 months and here I am, training for my first trifecta. My life has never been the same since. 📷 @mackymouse12
Since I currently don’t have any gym membership, I spend most of my evenings half naked in different parks scaring innocent passers-by🐒🙈🐵
Unfortunately, the park in this video doesn’t have any Calisthenics equipment so I had to improvise a bit.
My workout was the following exercises repeated for 7 times:
6x backflip burpees
15 commando pull-ups
archer pushups to failure
I really love bundling running with some challenging bodyweight exercises. Doing 10 pull-ups or 30 burpees while your body is already fatigued is a typical scenario most people will encounter during any obstacle course race.
I usually do one workout per week that simulates OCR conditions. By making use of my environment and including burpees, pull-ups, push-ups or variations of those exercises, I try to recreate (a part of) the stress I’m facing during a competition.
What are your thoughts on mixing things up a bit? Do you separate your running from the rest of your training routine? Or turn your runs into little OCR events? Let me know in the comments 🙂🙏🏼
✅ 3.5 Mile Run
✅ 200 Burpees (last 100 with 20 lbs vest)
Daily life isn’t always glamorous. I find that part of the challenge to living is to maintain intensity when it feels like a grind
Without the “normal” day though, you wouldn’t feel and appreciate the “special” ones. Thats why I think it is so important to push through with a purpose, even when you feel like no one - including yourself - is watching
Don’t let your mentality paint the details from a palette of the mundane. Instead take a colorful approach to redefining the norm and embracing challenges that will splash iridescence inside the core of who you are so you can shine bright and burn through the clouds of an overcast type of day 🙌🏼💯💙
I guess I know what I’m doing for the next month 😒

Pullup Pushup Burpee Challenge Time!
Been too long for a challenger, and helps keep the motivation!
31 days, it is simple
Day 1: Do 10 pullups, 20 pushups, 30 Burpees *True burpees of course, chest to the ground!
*Any variation but pullups must be proper ie strict or jump to pullup
Each day add 1 pullup, 2 pushups, and 3 Burpees, so...
By day 31, you will be at 40 pullups, 80 pushups, and 120 Burpees.
Mix it up and have fun.

👊🏽Tough Times Don’t Last, Tough People Do!👊🏽
After 10 hours of beasting, wade through mucky water, get down on your chest and drag yourself through mud! You either quit, or suck it up and embrace the challenge. Mind over matter and get the job DONE! #hh12hr no prisoners on this one!
Have you taken part in a Hurricane Heat 12 Hour?

#BurpeeChallenge - 500 Burpees (the last unexpected 125 of those for @ncfitclub 🙌🏼👍🏼🙂💥)
Filtering and sorting through the stresses of life through exercise has become a personal way for me to reset and re-engage
Although life keeps expanding more, in a lot of ways my wants have become very simplified
I’m thankful for the ones that help lift me up, even through a basic challenge to go a little extra when I thought I was done lol
There are a million habits out there that slow you down, choose one that makes you stronger and better
Goodnight #fitfam ✌🏼
