Developing the skills and strengthening the muscles are just as vital. Therefore Pure North welcomes you to join us for a circuit-based session that will develop the skills more efficiently and strengthen your body (core, lower body, upper body) to conquer your next obstacle race! Be prepared to get close to the ground, get used to carrying loads and be ready to pull beyond your limits!

For those who are into obstacle racing like Spartan Races. Individuals who are new to obstacle races are also welcome, however, you should be comfortable with the 7 primal movements mentioned below and also able to cover mid-long distance running (5km, 10km etc).
