Mezcal Mexican Hot Chocolate with cinnamon whip cream.🔥One night while I was working at Produce Row the girls in the kitchen let me try some incredibly rich and heartbreakingly delicious Mexican hot chocolate that they had made for the crew. As soon as I tried it, I absolutely had to incorporate it into a cocktail! I paired it with mezcal and made a cinnamon infused whip cream.
I know it’s not the right season for hot chocolate, however I feel like there is never a wrong time to fantasize about those crisp fall Portland nights!
Fall in PDX is truly magical. It’s a completely different animal that what I grew up with in Arizona. Nothing beats the smell of fallen leaves, rich damp soil, smoke from the countless chimneys, and roasting 🎃 seeds while drinking Southern Tier Pumking or boozy hot chocolate with your loved ones. These are some of my most treasured memories.
This photo made me excited for Halloween and grey skies. Yeah, yeah, I know that summer is great, but Portland has totally turned me into a lover of those special dark and rainy fall evenings.
I grew up in Arizona, so I consider myself to be an expert when it comes to 🔥 margaritas. This a pineapple margarita made with habanero infused #Espolon , fresh juices, and a pink peppercorn salted rim. Excellent choice for a beautiful summer day in Portland!
Video taken by the always beautiful, @kcp732. We interned together for a month at @farmsanctuary in Watkins Glen, NY. That internship was one of the most memorable and valuable experiences of my life. It was lovely to randomly run into her on my way to work. We were able to catch up and I was honored to make her a delicious mocktail!
