Fear was always an uncomfortable feeling, but I always thought we got over it fairly quickly, once we removed ourselves from that scary situation.

What Is This “Fear” You Speak Of?
This is a different kind of fear. It’s a low-grade, chronic fear that infiltrates every aspect of our being, our actions, and our thoughts. This fear isn’t saving us from harm. It’s not preventing pain, or warning us away from dangerous situations. In fact, this fear is doing the total opposite. It’s keeping us in a state of fearful living and keeping us from our most vibrant, fulfilled lives. 💪The Good News—and the Bad News 🙂First, the good news: “Fear is an illusion,” 😔The bad news? Although it may not be real, this fear can literally prevent us from seeing possibilities that are right there in front of us. 📣📣📣Because of this fear,
we don’t apply for that job, or ask for more money, because we don’t think we deserve it. We don’t write that blog post because we’re worried what people will think.
We don’t have a fulfilling relationship because we’re scared we’ll get hurt. We don’t let ourselves seek happiness because we’re afraid we don’t deserve it.
We don’t take that big leap or make that big decision because we’re afraid we’ll get it wrong (again). And yes, this means what you think it means. It’s not the fault of your friends, your job, your boyfriend, your boss. You can’t even blame your parents (sorry). We can only blame the fact that we’re continuing to hold onto this fear like a safety blanket.
So today let’s stop ! GOOD MORNING PEOPLE .

i recently realised that i have, after a rather long time, arrived back at a place where i am happy •
when i say happy, i mean having joy that comes from within through gratitude, self care, resilience and a “you cant break me, world because i’ll ride your waves like a badass” attitude •
it took a long time and a lot of hardships like being homeless, being broke-ass, having my self esteem totally crushed, going through the worst heartbreak from getting cheated on, questioning my life’s choices and passions, and wondering if what i do for humanity is worth suffering for •
but it is and all of what i went through almost killed me but it didnt and i’m glad that i’m still here to fight another day not only for myself but for the people and causes i deeply believe in
if you’re going through some hard times, dont give up.. and forgive yourself because you deserve kindness and forgiveness

Mom been meditating twice a day, self therapy for her back and neck pain with Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. Practice good posture is goid for everyone. Mom does. Drinking tart cherries is helps a little. Eat geletin for disc damage from degenerative disc in neck and back.
Madicade ( Mo Health Net) don't pay for therapy. So she has to do it herself.
She hope it will claim the nerves system, heal joines disc, and strength muscles.

I’m wondering if we made a mistake.
Did we make “self-care” such a priority and “research” such a luxury that we’ll take the word of every image with a quote from every articulate broken person alive? I’M articulate. I’M broken sometimes. Does MY insight become gospel simply because I’m clever enough to use the right words? Am I an authority just because you agree with me?
Every second meme is about not hanging out with X or dropping your friendship with Y if they act like Z. Doesn't this make us sterile humans if we only interact with the perfect, stable friends? Do they even exist?
If so, how sustainable is that? Self-care includes reliance on support networks. Achieving serenity takes time. It's a journey every member of our support networks are on too. Do we exclude them from our journey when their complications overwhelm them? Would we want them to do the same to us? If everyone responds to adversity the way turtles respond to fear, are we all not just lonely turtles? Does this mean our misguided pursuit of happiness is actually making us more unhappy?
What works for me may not work for you. I personally love every friend I have, even if their overwhelm lasts a while. The achievement of making them feel better for a moment sometimes makes me happier as a whole. The effort has also, for the most part, ensured they stuck by me too. We all take time to ourselves when we need it. Isn't that what it's about? Balance.
Everyone’s in such a rush to fortify their castle against enemy attacks. Nobody’s prepared to build bridges or roads. I’m safe behind tall, impenetrable walls but I’m the monarch of no nation. My only allies are people who think exactly the way I do and validate my sentiments. I'm not challenged. I don't change.
Unhappiness isn't a cancer. They're hardcore colds. They suck when we have them but overcoming the malady prepares us for illness if it ever strikes again. Don't surgically remove anyone who overwhelms you. You aren't to blame for their failures. If you're still unhappy despite the balance, maybe the issue lies with you. Rely on your networks more. Trust them though it may be hard to. We all fall from grace...

It’s my firm belief that everyone should be reading. Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body, and we all know we should be exercising everyday. Reading also improves your conversational skills, challenges your imagination and increases your skill in your area of interest. I have learned so much about psychology, counselling and mental illness from reading. Anyone who knows me well knows I have plastic storage tubs FULL of books I’ve read stored in my garage as I have no room for them inside! Challenge yourself to read 1 book this month and see how your views, skills and thought patterns start to change 📚 #bookworm
The prep diet can be tough it’s a lot more restrictive than I am used to but paired with my training I’m seeing such great results. And when you see results, it’s definitely motivation to keep going and embrace the process as much as you can!

After an embarrassing amount of time with little to no exercise I finally dragged my ass to the gym at 6am this morning... 5km later my face is like a tomato and I feel AMAZING!⚡️ I used to be so ashamed of how red my face turns when I exercise but now I totally embrace it! A red face means that my vascular system is directing large amounts of blood through my skin, bringing amazing hormones and cytokines, as well as nutrition AND removing toxins - anti ageing... hiiiiiiii 👋🏼
So I got home from work yesterday and threw on my newly made PJ Days Matter set and literally lived it from 4 o’clock yesterday and they are soooooo comfy!!! You all totally need a pair in your life 🤣🤣💕⚡️ don’t miss out on the early bird price of £30 instead of £38 on the website 😘🙌
But at least there is yoga for that 💕 hot freedom flow yoga class every Wednesday at 1pm. I love the freedom flow class because it is truly that . For one hour of the day you get to be out of your head , you are free . Yoga has helped me come back to what's important so many times and for that reason alone I would recommend it to anyone . For me it's always been more than exercising but it is an incredible way to stay in shape. When you add in the heat it's definitely my happy place.
