I don't know everything, but what I do know is life is better with goals and a plan. Putting mine down in writing, make myself more accountable. 7:30am Perfect macro meal in the form of a bar that tastes like a snickers and is full of vitamins and minerals. 🍫
9:00am Workout complete. 💪🏻 10:00am Coffee consumed. ☕️ 10:30am Time for a snack(I usually eat cheese, popcorn, almonds, hard-boiled eggs, pistachios or something like that)🧀 12pm Lunch will be my perfect macro meal shake. I can’t decide if I’ll have chocolate peanut butter🥜🍫 or peach mango🍑 today🤔
3pm Then I’ll have another snack(yum!)🍓🍌 6pm Don’t know what’s for dinner but I’m thinking taco salads! 🌮🥗 Optional snack in the evening(depends on if I’m hungry or not!) 🥚
