Is a weird movement. Is kinda impossible you are going to do such a movement during your day. That’s why is hard, that’s why I’m so weak at it, that’s why I’m working on it and trying to improve my ability, my posture, my strength and my flexibility.
A journey started 6 months ago. That just brought to me happiness, confidence, Strenght, feeling more active, friends and even feeling hurt because you cannot do something or is not as you expected or because the WO was really hard.
Is here, where a person is different to someone else, DO NOT GIVE UP.
Learn from your past, from your mistakes, learn watching and listening the people who knows more than you and steal them whatever you can.
