Just dipping away with my home made hummus lunch.
I just LOOOVVEE a garlicy hummus.

Ingredients:
-1can of (bio) chickpeas.
-1 (or2) gloves of garlic.
-1tbsp sesame oil.
-1tsp cumin.
-1tsp smoked paprika.
-1tsp laos.
-1tsp tahini.
-1 sniff cayenne.
-half a lime, for the juice.

Just mix it all in a kitchen machine and dip it with whatever you like.
I used carrots, paprika and cucumber this time. But I also use it in salads, on a slice of bread or in a wrap.

20 CM LİK KALIP İÇİN MALZEME LİSTESİ: TABAN İÇİN 
1 paket burçak bisküvi 
1 çay bardağı fındık 
100 gr tereyağ 
Yapılışı
Öncelikle kelepçeli kalıbın taban kısmına yağlı kağıt yerleştirin ve dış kısmını folyo ilr kaplayın. (Bu bölümü youtube kanalımda detaylı gösterdim)
Bisküvi fındık ve erimiş tereyağını robottan geçirin.
Kalıbın tabanına döküp bastırarak düzeltin.

KEK İÇİN: 
500 gr labne peyniri ve 1 su bardağı şekeri karıştırın.
1 paket sıvı krema ve 3 yemek kaşığı buğday ya da mısır nişastası 1 paket vanilin ekleyip karıştırın.
2 adet yumurtayı tek tek ekleyip karıştırın.
Kalıba dökün. 
Kalıbı su dolu bir tepsinin içine oturtun.(bu kısmı da youtube da gösterdim)
 160 derece fansız fırında 50dk 1 saat kadar pişirin.
İlk 40 dk sakın fırının kapağını açmayın.
50 dk sonra kontrol amaçlı kalıbı hafif sallayın eğer kek sabit duruyorsa pişmiştir. Fırını söndürüp kapağını aralık bırakıp ılıyana kadar fırında beklesin. Ilıdığı zaman alıp buzdolabına koyabilirsiniz. Bu kurallara uyarsanız kekiniz bembeyaz ve çatlamadan pişecektir👌🏻Dilerseniz bu tatlıyı akşamdan yapın daha iyi olur. En az 5 saat buz dolabında dinlendirin. Ben acelem olduğu zaman buzlukta soğutuyorum.

Recipe:

Ingredients - 1 cup sooji, 1/2 cup curd, 1/4 cup water, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp coriander powder, 3/4 tbsp mustard seeds, 1.5 cup chopped veggies (onion, capsicum, carrot, tomato or the ones you like), oil for greasing and tadka, 5-6 curry leaves (chopped), coriander leaves 
Method -

1. In a bowl, take sooji and add curd to it. Now add 1/2 cup water to it.

2. Then add dry spices; salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder. Mix it well.

3. In a pan take some oil and heat it well then add mustard seeds to it and let it crackle. Now add this to the sooji mix.

4. Now add all the cut veges to it and mix it all well. Let it stand for 10 mins.

5. Take an appe pan and grease it well. On medium flame put the mix in the pan and let it heat for a minute or two.

6. After one side is done, turn it over and cook the other side for  a 1-2 mins.

Serve it with ketchup/ coconut chutney/ tomato chutney/ pudina chutney.

GET READY FOR THANKSGIVING!🍗Garlic Herb Butter Roast Turkey

Ingredients:

Roast Turkey:
12 pound (6 kg) whole turkey, skin on (fully defrosted, washed, giblets and neck removed)
3 heads garlic cut in half horizontally divided
3 slices lemon divided
6 sprigs thyme divided
6 sprigs rosemary divided
1/2 cup olive oil divided
.
Herb Butter:
4 ounces (125 g) unsalted butter
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
4 teaspoons minced garlic
Salt
Cracked Pepper
----
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lower oven shelf to the lowest part of your oven.
Combine the Herb Butter ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Reserve half of the herb butter in the refrigerator for later.
Line a large roasting pan with foil or parchment paper. Arrange the 4 halves of garlic cut-side down on the bottom of the pan with 4 sprigs each of thyme and rosemary, half of the olive oil and 1 slice of lemon.
Thoroughly pat turkey dry with paper towels. Stuff with the remaining heads garlic halves, lemon slice, a squeeze of lemon from remaining slice, herbs and a drizzle of olive oil. 
Melt the remaining butter. Rub butter all over the turkey and under the skin. Season generously all over with salt and pepper. Place turkey on top of the garlic and herbs in the pan. Drizzle with the remaining oil.
Cover and roast 2 hours for a small turkey under 10 pounds. 
Uncover, baste with pan juices and continue roasting for 20 - 30 minutes until the skin is golden browned.
Turn turkey over to be breast-side up. Using the reserved herb butter, use a spoon to spread it over the top of your turkey for extra flavour. Pour any remaining juices over your turkey. Reduce heat to 300°F (150°C) and continue roasting while basting every 15 minutes, until completely cooked through. For extra crispy skin, broil for a further 10-15 minutes, keeping your eye on it so it doesn't burn, until the skin is crispy and golden browned all over.
Tent turkey with foil and allow it to rest for 15-30 minutes before carving and serving.
Remove 2 1/2 cups of the liquid from the pan juices (top up with stock if you need too), strain and reserve for your gravy.

Eating out is my weakness !! 🙈 here in Bali it’s cheaper to eat out than to eat at home sinse shopping for healthy food here can be so expensive !!
- although majority of the food I’m eating out here is ‘healthy’ it’s very hard to monitor portion control or even know how many calories you’re taking in its a lot of guessing work.

Coming at you with an idea for tonight’s dinner... a little bowl of warming kidney beans curry for this cloudy Tuesday. Recipe below ✌🏽 Ingredients:
- 1tsp of oil - sunflower, coconut, any suitable cooking oil
- Half an onion, sliced
- 1 tsp of crushed ginger and garlic
- A tablespoon of whole spices (Breyani mix), this is a mixture of whole fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, peppercorns and black and green cardamom. Find this at a spice shop, already mixed up in a packet. Alternative: 1tsp of garam masala - 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 1/2 a tomato, chopped
- 1 stalk of curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Salt to taste 
Method: 
1. Heat the oil, add your onions and fry till brown
2. Add the whole spices if using (if you only have garam masala don’t add this yet) 
3. Add the ginger and garlic and fry for a few seconds
4. Add the cubed potatoes, beans, tomatoes, curry leaves and all your spices and add enough water to the pot to cover the ingredients
5. Turn the stove down to a medium heat and simmer for between 20 minutes and half and hour till your gravy thickens and your potatoes are cooked through. 
Garnish with some coriander and serve with rice or roti.

200 gr keju cheddar easy melt
200 gr sisa saus bolognaise
50 gr tepung panir
50 gr smokedbeef
1 sdt italian herbs
100 ml susu cair 
2 sdm margarin
50 gr bawang bombay, cincang
2 siung bawang putih
- 
Cara pembuatan:
1. Lelehkan butter, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masak hingga berubah kekuningan.
2. Masukkan italian herbs. Masukkan pasta masak hingga mengental. 
3. Masukkan pasta ke dalam ramekin atau loyang, tuang dengan saus bolognaise. Taburi smokedbeef, keju dan tepung pani. 
4. Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 180 derajat celsius selama 15 menit
5. Sajikan.

Made a huge batch of #plantpowered chili this evening. It’s based on @crazysexykris’s bean chili (Google it!). It’s a huge hit at home and everywhere I bring it. People are always super surprised to find that they do like #vegan food that isn’t a salad 😋

Ингредиенты:
✔️Масло сливочное 250г
✔️Сахарная пудра 250г
✔️Семена ванили 1,5г
✔️Лимонная цедра 3,75г
✔️Яйцо 125г
✔️Желтки 87,5г
✔️Соль 2г
✔️Мука для тортов 8% белка 163г
✔️Картофельный крахмал 125г
✔️Разрыхлитель 3,7г
⠀
Взбить сливочное масло (18С) с сахарной пудрой, ароматическими добавками и солью.
Постепенно добавить к масляной смеси яйца, смешанные с желтками.
Закончить добавив под лопатку сухие ингредиенты, ранее смешанные и просеянные.
Выложить в формы на 3/4 объема, смазанные сливочным маслом и слегка присыпанные мукой.
⠀
⏰Время выпечки: 25-30 минут
Выпекать с конвекцией: 170-180С
Если есть заслонка то закрыть на первые 15 минут
Как только готовый кекс остынет, посыпать сахарной пудрой
Идеален для завтрака, прекрасно подходит для пропитки пуншем на Лимончелло и глазирования сахарной глазурью на лимонном соке
Вполне может стать бисквитом для вашего торта 😉

I made 김치 볶음밥 aka Kimchi Bokkeumbap aka Kimchi Fried Rice for dinner tonight 😀 I love kimchi (not just bc I’m Korean) bc it can be eaten even after it’s overly ripe! There are plenty of ways to  use kimchi ❤️ as an ingredient in so many delicious dishes but also it’s rich in Vitamins A & B, Calcium, Iron and specially gut-healthy bacteria! Tonight’s meal is easily made in a skillet with butter, ripened kimchi, chopped onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, pinch of salt, sesame seeds, and rice all tossed together 😋

#پتاژ_شلغم 
پُتاژ،سوپ غلیظ و مغذی
۲عدد شلغم بزرگ،۱عدد پیاز بزرگ ،۱عدد سیب زمینی بزرگ ،۳ حبه سیر رو خرد کنید و با کمی کره تفت بدید.
به اندازه کافی آب مرغ یا آب گوشت اضافه کنید و اجازه بدید با شعله متوسط کاملا مواد بپزه .
شعله رو خاموش کنید تا کمی خنک بشه و بعد به کمک گوشت کوب برقی یا غذا ساز مواد رو کاملا پوره کنید و دوباره به قابلمه برگردونید.
اگر غلیظ بود کمی آب مرغ اضافه کنید ( غلظت در حد فرنی)نمک و فلفل اضافه کرده و در صورت دلخواه دراین مرحله می توانید چند قاشق خامه به پتاژ اضافه کنید.
🍁پتاژ ها گزینه مناسبی هستند که در فصل سرما گاهی بجای سوپ ها درست کنیم .
🍂پتاژ شلغم هم خوشمزه بوده و هم ترفندی برای اون دسته از افراد خانواده ست که به راحتی شلغم نمی خورند.
🍁پیشنهاد میکنم حتما درستش کنید و از خوردنش لذت ببرید.

Ok, no soy blogger ni nada de eso jaja, pero esta receta en particular me la han pedido demasiado desde que puse la foto, así que aquí va y les agrego unos tips para que les quede super sabroso. 
La receta es en gramos porque así se trabaja en panadería, debes tener a mano una balanza, o en el peor de los casos, buscas en google una tabla de conversion para  convertir los gramos a tazas o cucharadas o lo que quieras; Lo he hecho así cuando no tengo balanza, peeeero no lo recomiendo, nunca es preciso. Recuerden que la panadería es un tema de mucha paciencia. Si NO tienes el tiempo no lo hagas apurado, déjalo para otro día que puedas pasar unas horas relajado haciendo tu pan. 
Este es para un pan grande, si tu horno o bandejas son pequeñas, simplemente divídelos en dos cuando tengas la masa total lista, no hagas menos que esto porque te vas a arrepentir cuando se acabe tan rápido, Colocaré los ingredientes, el amasado, tiempos de horneado etc y al final varios tips para los ingredientes etc, si algo no te queda claro mándame un DM. 
Ingredientes
Harina panadera  255 gramos
Harina todo uso  60 gramos
Cerveza  127 gramos 
Levadura inst  7 gramos
Sal  5 gramos
Huevos  22 gramos
Mantequilla  33 gramos
Azucar  19 gramos
Papelon (melao)  13 gramos
Leche en polvo  5 gramos

Primero pesa TODOS LOS INGREDIENTES,
 1.  En un recipiente mezcla la harina (tamizada) , con la levadura y la leche en polvo. 
2. Coloca en otro recipiente la Cerveza, huevos (levemente batidos), papelón y azúcar.  No hace falta batir mucho. Ahora agrega esta mezcla al recipiente de la harina/levadura y leche y comienza a amasar. (Debes amasar hasta que todo se una y se cree una masa homogénea)

3- Agrega la mantequilla poco a poco, (que no este derretida) Vuelve a amasar hasta que la masa absorba la grasa y ya no se pegue en tus manos. 
4. haz una linea con la sal y ve amasando pasando por encima para que se una a la masa poco a poco y amasa hasta que no se sientan los granos.

Ok, no soy blogger ni nada de eso jaja, pero esta receta en particular me la han pedido demasiado desde que puse la foto, así que aquí va y les agrego unos tips para que les quede super sabroso. La receta es en gramos porque así se trabaja en panadería, debes tener a mano una balanza, o en el peor de los casos, buscas en google una tabla de conversion para convertir los gramos a tazas o cucharadas o lo que quieras; Lo he hecho así cuando no tengo balanza, peeeero no lo recomiendo, nunca es preciso.
