That hit me hard this morning. I just want to say be yourself and do what you love doing! Do it with total love and passion or just don't do it at all. Because it's easy to spot when you half ass shit that you pretend to like! 🎈
One of my biggest and proudest accomplishments to date. The smile alone just shows how much I loved that stage! Can’t wait to get back there again but work to be put in to beat this package. It’s always and will always be a me vs me challenge. I love this sport it has be so good to me. I’ve loved the challenge and can’t wait to improve on this shape. Here’s to more gains, progress and just loving this journey. 💪🏼😂❤️
6 WEEKS OUT 💥
Things have really tightened up and dried out over the last week. After a rough week last week, I'm back to feeling 💯 and ready to kill it 💪 This is the halfway point of prep, as my last show (not including any internationals should I qualify) is in 12 weeks time. If the next 12 weeks go as smoothly as the first 12, I'll be one happy girl 😊
Big focus now is posing, which I admittedly suck at. Slept funny on my bad shoulder which is causing me to look a little lopsided when I'm not in front of a mirror. Trying to figure out some cues to use to help level them out, so if anyone has any tips please share 🙏
So week 6️⃣ into my prep 👌 not going to lie it’s sooo much harder to drop bf this prep it’s a slow trek for sure 😅 But on the plus I’ve made serious leg gains in the last few months so excited to see the results there 🙌💪🔥
10 more weeks to kill it.. I’m a strong believer in Visualization and the Law of Attraction...I listen to motivational videos during my Cardio and follow people who have already done what I’m striving for.. I take inspiration from so many Ladies who are killing it this year 😍❤️...in particular @ashleykfit @phoebehagan_ @rominabass @angelicaht... .
I’ve a new plan of action after my check in with coach @carrollribbf this week to keep shredding fat.. let’s do this 🔥🔥💪

Swipe left to see my early days of posing practice🙈 #cringe 🤣 (this was probably in Febuary this year) side note: I couldn't even walk in high heels when I started🙉) I began lessons with Silvia late last year and religiously practice myself most days for at least 10 minutes since prep started. Some people think I'm crazy🤷♀️ like 'Yep those are high heels...... on my feet......... in a gym' 🤣
But it's ok, everyone has there own opinion on things (which continuosuly change anyway😂) and practicing with others around helps grow my confidence/lessens how much I care what people think even more 🙌
This post isn't even about how much of a difference there is in both videos.
It's a message I wanted to put out about improvement in your life.
What you give your time to and practice most days has no other option but to grow.
If you want to improve the relationship with your self, you need to work on that daily such as positive self-talk
If you want to improve a relationship with another person you will need to give more time to that
If you want to improve a certain area in your work life, other things will need to take a back seat in order for this area to improve.
I'm not saying drop everything and focus on one thing only, but take it one area at a time each day and things start to change.
I didn't simply practice posing every day and it magically got better, thanks to Silvia , I became less judgemental of myself, focused on my strengths when posing rather than my weaknesses and brought out the happy, sexy and confident woman I know I can be 😊
I'm extremely proud of the changes I've made these last few months, especially with my posing, there are still improvements to be made, as there always should be, but, it's only going to get much better than it already is😉

Latest YouTube video has just gone live. It's a Vlog about my trip with @brendanw008 to see @jordan.b.peterson and @samharrisorg debate about some extremely interesting and philosophical topics. It was intellectually stimulating to say the least and although some of it may have gone over my head, I still personally took a lot from it. I would encourage everyone to check out Jordan Petersons work, he has hundreds of hours of free content on YouTube which I believe a lot of people could take something from. The lesson that I have learned that without a decision you will not be able to move foward in life. Doesn't matter what you are doing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you don't get to a point where you are sick and tired of your old behaviours and take the conscious decision that you want to change things will continue the same.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Once you decide, even when you see yourself getting back to the old behaviour you will find the power and strength to remind yourself you have consciously made others choices in life.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
