Try this chest, tris, and shoulders workout below👇🏼rest minimally during each superset then give yourself a short rest in between supersets.
CHEST TRIS SHOULDERS:
-1 Mile Run
-Dips & Front Raises
-Bench Press & Bended Side Raises
-Shoulder Press & Hex Press
-Dumbbell Chest Flys & Dumbbell Kickbacks
-Shoulder Bomb & Tricep Pushdown

Il y a bien longtemps que j'ai arrêté de peser ma nourriture.
Aujourd'hui je sais ce qui est bon pour moi.
Quand j'ai faim, je mange.
J'essaye de me nourrir le plus simplement possible.
Des protéines végétales, (quelques fois animales), des glucides et des lipides à chaque repas (goûter compris).
Le week-end je me fais clairement plaisir pour ne pas ressentir de frustrations durant la semaine.
J'ai trouvé mon équilibre.
La nutrition ce n'est pas compliqué, il faut juste un peu s'intéresser au sujet et appliquer les bonnes règles.

So proud of my lovely client Phil who has been working is bum off with me for the last few months. All the sweat and tears (of laughter, because I’m hilarious... obvs) have been totally worth it!
