( @jennifertilly ... I love you.
Human or Doll.
This movie is a quote gold minefield.
Fuck Martha Stewart! )
The language of the body is spoken in feelings ✨

This is a yoga asana that I feel very arty, one that usually looks very pretty in photos - especially if the yogi has dancing experience and just has that extra knowledge of angles to use for the photo. Without the camera I still feel very arty by the way. But inhale open your heart exhale get deeper is what you usually hear and the deeper I get the more focused I need to stay on balancing. Sometimes we forget to listen to our best teacher — our own body. A yoga instructor is there to guide you. If you feel good where you are stay there.. no matter how “deep” it looks. Yoga is for you and your body and your mind. Always stay safe ✨
Again a video of me showing how I would usually lose my balance - and if it looks planned just see it as a funny video 🤣 and again remember when trying anything to stay safe. Better if you’re not feeling confident in a asana then only do it with someone’s supervision. ☺️

The longest I’ve stayed up while adding movement. Practice & have FUN wherever you’re at on your health journey. 5 years ago this wasn’t even a possibility in my mind. Baby steps! 👍🏼💥💃🏼💋 #
Yes...More terrible 🎥 💡🤷🏼♀️
When I share my Budokon training, students love it. I often get asked about what it was like. It’s hard to put into words, but I think Cameron does an amazing job here. It was like this video and these words. At times I didn’t think I would finish (reminiscent of my first yoga training and teacher), but I did. There are people it’s not right for, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. And I would do it again in a heartbeat. If you enjoy me at all as a teacher, part of that is because of the person I am for having gone through these experiences. Thank you Cameron, Melayne, and all my people that I shared life with down there. 🖤🖤 .
Repost from @cameronshayne using @RepostRegramApp - Pattern interruption in both mental activity and physical action is an essential tool in the teachers bag. These days many people see themselves as customers rather than students. I don’t work with customers because they behave with expectation of service in their preferred manor. They demand to be taught what they think they need to know. I teach without preference of being loved or hated. It’s hard. It’s raw. People cry. People break. Shit comes up. Change occurs. No apologies. We don’t know what we don’t know we don’t know. Film by @ysaperez #mmafighter#mma#yoga#budokon#budokonyoga#bjj#bjjlifestyle#movementculture
