I’ve never been a room mom, but I have two in my family.⠀
These ladies are Powerhouses. ⠀
They are the women who have themselves and their life together. They aren’t just “Room Mom’s”, they are so much more... these are the same women who are hosting beautifully themed birthday parties (close to their kids actual birthdays). They already have their kids Halloween costumes... and probably have already planned and ordered their families Xmas jammies.⠀
I recently went to a school party where my two sisters were in charge of putting it together. These ladies had the pizza, plates, matching napkins, party hats, balloons, cookie cake... the whole nine yards.⠀
I basically had one job. Drinks. Which I almost forgot about five times the week of the party! 😂When it was party time, I didn’t forget, but I did fail to leave enough time to buy any. I grabbed the Capri Sun’s out of my fridge. Three different brands. Some missing straws. 😂 So naturally, I was the cornerstone of the event.⠀
I LOVE my sisters and their ability to CONQUER! LOVE IT! I love being the extra hand, side joke, and laugh of the party. ⠀
If you are a Room Mom, or have the heart of a Room Mom then OWN it! Don’t slow down or back down because of people like me who can’t catch up! Run your race! Conquer the world! Do your thing! ⠀
I won’t ever be you, but just know that me being myself is making you look that much better! 😂⠀

Okay so today is a motivation Monday post! You are capable of so much more than you think you are!
You may be anxious and self conscious. You may only be able to lift light weights or do two minutes of cardio.
You may be in a hotel room in the middle of nowhere. You may be at home loving your families.
You may be in a long distance relationship or a mom with four kids running around.
BUT NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE CAPABLE.
You can do anything you set your mind to if you make it a priority!
I have lost 15 pounds and 13 inches but I have gained so much more than that!
I have gained a community of coaches who have my back when I feel anxious. I have a new mindset for when I feel self conscious. I have a positive outlook when I'm stuck in a situation that is less than ideal and all of this came from coaching.
If YOU go after the things you want YOU can achieve them... No one else can put you first.

🏋️Gosto muito de treinar nesse padrão, com alguns exercícios específicos, afinal, sou um grande admirador do Powerlifiting!
