@insight timer has been my jam for a little while now. If you’re into meditation I def recommend trying it out. ✨ I lost my streak recently so I had to start over again. ‘Of course’ I say to myself. As I remember hearing @noahlevine108 say this one time in a YouTube video. Things are impermanent, daily streaks are impermanent. Happy Saturday my friends! 💎💎💎#geturmindright#meditation#flow#positivementalattitude#pma
The key to success is goal commitment, consistency and life balance... I started early today with a 90minute massage w/ @holistichandshayden , then 2hrs of studying for my PMP certification at @inmanperkatl , next a Glass of Quieto (red wine) w/ Shrimp&Grits at @barcelonawinebar , and now back to my city crib to relax to some tunes and wait for whatever Saturday night leads to . All under 4pm. ! #PositiveMentalAttitude ! Incorporate your goals & task into your routine and GET IT DONE! It’s a lot easier and pleasant this way! 🙏🏽🙏🏽💯💯.
Self image and Self imposed Limitations are one of the biggest barriers you can face in your life.
You will always live up to who you think you are, whether you tell yourself you ‘can’ or you ‘can’t’ you will be right. When you let go of what you think you can’t do or stop thinking you aren’t good enough, you will then begin to see what your body and mind is truly capable of.
For me I like my training to leave a mental and a physical mark, pushing my body to the absolute limit and breaking through mental barriers in the gym that can be transitioned into everyday life. Having confidence and self belief is 2 of the most powerful traits you can ever have.
Everyone has their own story and battle, whether it be fear, anxiety, depression or something else,
‘Unfuck your head’ can mean different things for different people. Your body can and will withstand almost anything, it’s your mind you have to convince.
Throw back to better days in the gym 😍 take me back 😥
Moving away and not having a gym has proven really difficult for me. The gym provided me not only with fitness but a good sense of self, me time and positive mental health. I didn't realise just how much it helped me in every aspect of life until I had to live without it. It allows me to work on being a better person both inside and out. I do home/park workouts but I just don't find them as effective. Its safe to say that I'm joining asap, no matter the cost 😅
So I think the majority of people who know me would say I’m a pretty mentally strong person. Whilst I’d say currently I am in the best mental shape of my life I haven’t always been like this and have gone through very tough periods as has absolutely everyone.
Part of my coping mechanism for looking after my mental health currently and helping when I wasn’t doing so well is going to the gym and using that as an outlet. That’s why I love @mentalhealthmuscle and what they’re doing to promote the key relationship exercise and mental health has. I’ll be proudly repping this shirt in an attempt to try and help get their message out there and hopefully attending their Cambridge meet up.
Mental health is something we need to talk about and recognise it’s equally (if not more) important than physical health. So I hope in my own small way I can help anyone struggling.
🚨 🚨New Product 🚨🚨
I’m super excited to announce the beginning of some new projects I have been working on. The first being the ‘Greatest Day’ shirt. Shirts are now available and ready for sale. Check highlights for details on ordering.
“Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to motivate, and empower. They also have the power to hurt. Considering the 'powerful force' of the words we utter, we must discipline ourselves to speak in a way that conveys respect, gentleness and humility.”
You have seen me post this saying multiple times and over the past couple of months I have adapted it to a way of life. I approach every day with the intent to make it the ‘greatest day of my life’. What I mean is that ‘today’ is the only day any of us are ever going to have so we must use it fully. Don’t get caught up on small dramas, forgive quickly, make a positive impact on those you encounter, and leave an impression on the day that you would be proud of. We will all have difficult days and they aren’t going to be the greatest (in a literal sense) but with a positive mental attitude, I promise that your trials will feel lighter, the downs won’t feel as down, and your highs will reach new levels.
Starting today and for the next 7 days, you tell yourself you are going to make today the greatest day of your life and the with INTENTION, you live it that way! Update me along the way and share the victories you are experiencing.
Take your ‘Greatest Day’ mentality to another level (as seen above). You think saying it out loud empowers you, try wearing it on your chest for the world to see. Check the ‘highlights’ section for more info.
I love these two. Fun fact I started watching troye around 2k15 to 16 I think so ya there goes a random fact. I love ruby and I found out about her a couple months ago and the fact that I knew about troye back then and didn't find out about this cutie frustrates me. Anyway I love these two a lot
NICKEBACK!??!!!#?!! AND EXCERSIZE! ?!?!#!! ... Yes. 😐 .. 😁 This was the music I was raised with, and it does have a big place in my heart. My mom rocked out to it, and then I rocked out to it with her. I have a lot of memories revolving around this music with my mom, and they're all good memories. Makes me miss her a lot. I love my mom, she did her best. Not everything was perfect, but it's okay. I'm finally able to accept the bad, let it go, and cherish all the good points in my life with her.
