On Sunday morning Craig will continue our teaching series ‘UNVEILED’ looking at the book of Revelation. It would be great if you could join us at 10.30am. Then on Sunday night at 7.00pm we have EQUIP. As well as worshipping together, we’ll take time to study what the Bible has to say about Heaven. What happens when we die? What about our bodies? When Jesus returns what will it be like?

I’ve been training flat out and haven’t lost a pound. If anything I’ve put on weight....F@ck that I’m not going back.. its not worth it.
Solution: Maybe your goals are unrealistic; for example, expecting weight loss, muscle mass or a leaner physique in too short a time period. It takes time, dedication and patience to build muscle. You must be consistent with sleep, nutrition and workouts, and allow for adequate recovery to build muscle.
You should not expect to see real results until you've completed four to six weeks of training. Don't get false hopes and expect miracles after only two or three workouts. Vary your workouts and exercises, and focus on your goals... the results will come.
Bear in mind that balanced nutrition is a priority. You can train hard all you want, but if you're skipping meals or mauling a quarter pounder and throwing in
extra scoops of ice cream, any muscle mass or muscle definition will be covered by fat, and your waistline will expand.
A good gym plan, plentiful sleep and proper nutrition go hand in hand.... SWEAR!!
