Have you tried Herb fried rice? Imagine herb infused oil with lots of green herbs and tangy of lime all absorbed by the sweet aromatic rice 🤤💚 This meal is my lazy lunch consists of a jar of Herbs & Dried lime , a bowl of leftover rice and a can of cannellini beans. It took me 5 minutes to put together. High in protein, iron, and antioxidants, now this is the king of fried rices. 👸👑♥️
If you don’t get this excited about food, you’re doing it wrong! Seriously though, I think sometimes we can feel guilty for actually enjoying food. We think that means there is either something wrong with the food itself (eg ‘it’s addictive’) or ourselves (eg ‘I’m greedy’). 🤓
It’s so important to enjoy your food. I see so many people eating foods they hate because they’re ‘clean’, ‘macro friendly’ or ‘nutrient dense.’ There are no foods that we have to eat to be healthy and there are no foods that we need to exclude either. 🧐
We all know the foods that are healthy for us but it’s easy to get caught up with food marketing and start thinking that foods are ‘good’ or ‘bad’. I find when people get into this mindset it can be a slippery slope, with diets becoming more and more restrictive over time. 🥺
If this is you right now, know that it can get better. The first stage is accepting where you are right now and then taking small steps to gradually expand the range of foods that you eat. Get in touch with what you really like and dislike, rather than what is okay according to your ‘rules’. ✌️
Do you enjoy your food? . .

Morning Motivation: There Are Now Just 5 Weeks To Xmas Eve And 6 Weeks To New Years Eve. Are You Going To Make Every One Count Or Waste Them?
Time moves fast. Time is unforgiving. Yet we all have the same amount of time but how do you use yours? I’m always stressing the importance of living in FEAR OF REGRET. This is important.
2018 is quickly coming to a close and Christmas is fast approaching. Both are great markers to aim for in achieving goals by these dates. What action steps are you going to take over the next 5/6 weeks? Are you going to make these weeks count?
On New Year’s Eve be able to look back with happiness and pride not regret. You can’t get time back. Never waste it.
I hope this reminder was helpful today. Leave a comment below and let me know.

Thought I’d start posting up some stuff to do with strength training since I’ve done the old dirty ditch on bodybuilding 😂. Managed to pull 260kg at 93kegs for my last lift a couple weeks back and probs had a few left in the tank but you can’t know that until afterwards 🤷♂️. Might post up some training stuff on me road to a 300 dead and some better squat and bench numbers in the future. Just don’t unfollow pls 👀. Shoutout to my cameraman, spotter and brother @jahnnieboy
Hey Monday! This weekend was pretty much a blur packed with time with friends and running in my favorite weather - yes, I‘m a winter person 😍. I‘m finally back on the gram after my phone spent some time at the Apple store last week. Here‘s a snap from the Loch Ness Marathon since I forgot to take a pic on my run yesterday 🤷♀️. I‘m so excited for the week ahead as I slowly start decorating for Christmas and the Christmas markets start to open this weekend around the city. It truly is the most wonderful time of the year! 😍

I’m not really a fan of fruit, but I made this DELICIOUS bowl of melon, cashews, coconut sugar and coconut yoghurt! 🥥
A huge fan of keeping it simple 👌🏼
You only need a tiny sprinkle of sugar because it just dissolved into the yoghurt to form a sweet creamy dessert-like texture 🌟
What’s your favourite healthy summer snack? Need some more ideas! 🍒
Ooops! VEGAN REVOLUTION!!... 😃👍 NEW WEEK TOTAL PR!!... 115,9km!!!
- - 22,7km POWER-WALK ( # PW35, tonight )
- • _ 04h:35':21" _ If I payed someone to kill a dog or a cat, I'd be called a psychopath. If I payed someone to kill cows, pigs, turkeys, chickens, geese, ducks, rabbits, mink, foxes I'd be called normal... But since I DO NOT (INTEND TO) KILL NOR PAY ANYONE TO KILL ANY ANIMAL AT ALL, I'm every so often called an EXTREMIST, a FANATIC 🤓 (or a taliban, as I so polightly have been defined by a Swedish university professor online once - a friend of a friend) ... But when I accomplish almost 116km power-walking in a week on fruits and vegetables, what does that make me, then...? 😂 A FRUITERRORIST...?? ... frankly... 😂 Well... I did fail at "moderation", I did fail at having a "proper 'balanced' diet", I did fail at being neutral about foods composed of sentient individuals' body-parts and not ingredients... 😂
- • _ 6,1km in Roskilde this morning & late afternoon made me hopelessly reckless to walk more tonight -but these I don't count... - • _ After relaxing a few hours at home in the evening from a badly slept night, I just had to go out for at least further 20km in Copenhagen and take the route Frederiksberg - Islands Brygge via Fisketorvet/Vesterbro, carry on to Nyhavn, Langelinje/Lille Havfrue, Østerbro, Jagtvej, The Green Path (Den Grønne Sti), and thus be back via Howitzvej, Finsensvej, 1xGrøndal Parken/Flintholm and home at Peter Bangs Vej, Kb Hallen once again. 😃👍 - • _ I'm totally exhausted - but so exhilaratingly happy...!! ✨🐮🤘✨
- • _ Be a 100% Herbivore!
- ................................................................... - • _ BE WISE & BE PLANT STRONG !!!... 💪😃👍 Give Everything, But Excuses and CUT THE CRAP: - from our PLATES, from our BODIES, from our PLANET...! 🌱💚🌱
Eat the colors of the rainbow 🌈. These Veggie Fajitas I’m made tonight were 💣. Here’s the deal.. I found a super clean Fajita seasoning 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Onions
Served with Mexican rice and homemade pinto beans.
You are whoever you believe you are— the only thing that limits you is the identity you’ve been holding onto.
If you’re the kind of person who says “well that’s just how I am, I’ve always been this way”— that’s both an excuse AND a lie you’ve convinced yourself to believe. Do you believe people who speak like that are likely to change? Probably not, because they have already set a low standard for “who they are”
If you want to change yourself or your life in anyway, you must first find what beliefs have been holding you back. Who does your subconscious mind think you are and what lies has it been telling you?
Until you believe you can become who you want to be, you won’t be able to pass that self-created glass ceiling. If you want to be in good shape, stop telling yourself “I’ve always been overweight, I can never stay motivated”— that’s a self defeating belief LIMITING your future life.
You have been all of those things sure— overweight, unmotivated, out of shape, too tired, too shy, too lazy. Sure, you can still be those things. Or, you can choose from here on out to say “I USED TO BE this way, but I’m different now” 🙏🏼✨🧠
Was able to get in a 6.5-mile, bright and icy trail run before it got dark tonight! Parts of the trail were so icy that it was more of a trail “walk” than a trail “run” (I guess you call that a “hike”?). Regardless, was nice to get out on the mountain and get some exercise. The snowy mountains looked beautiful, there were deer everywhere, and I definitely ate shit on the ice once. Just once!
Finishing this week with 7.5 miles today: no watch, no pace, no pep talk. My coach is yelling at me to get my ass back up the stairs! Can you spot her? 😂 • •Twice/week I run without a watch to quiet down the mind of constant competition with self and anxiety. It gives me an opportunity to say valuable things to self and breathe and enjoy my sport. •
•You ARE Whole. You Are Good. You Are Enough.•
•Constant chatter- be gone! Training with my heart and putting the best in my body = energy, determination and success. •
Looking forward to another week of training ahead!

This year, one of my goals was to overcome the stiffness that accompanies building muscle. To introduce organic flow into my movements, which ties into my other goal of embracing my feminine.
I’ve never taken yoga besides Bikrams years ago, which I forced myself to try twice in the hopes that I would learn to like it. Never happened! I never set out to learn to do the splits. But I do enjoy finding angles to stretch to, and to my surprise I was able to plunk down like this a couple months ago.
My body is my muse, my playground, my paintbrush and canvas all rolled up in one. Can’t send out enough gratitude for this lean machine that runs like clockwork and always leaves me astounded! 💃🏻 #plantbased
Much thanks to my good friend @compassion_is_king for my new favourite book. It is used! That means it has even more character and substance ☺️ #sundayvibes
Miss Moreno Valley and the City Councilman starting all of the races and doing podium presentations were the highlight of my trip out to @socalcross. I aspire to both: hold an elected city government position while rocking a tracksuit like a fucking boss hanging out at #cyclocross races all weekend long and also want to win a beauty pageant and rock a crown like a fucking queen and be the single most glamorous thing within a 1000 mile radius. This is the duality of my existence; enjoy some more pics of the scene. #cxisserious#socalcross
💃🏻So excited to be teaming up with the amazing crew at The Farm Next Door - 🌱Community Garden in Norlane! This is Christy, a volunteer who is a mad keen horticulturalist - she picked these SPRAY FREE greens for us this morning and delivered them! We love this initiative- by supplying us, they can subsidise the cost for those in need and encourage people to eat more veggies! 🤗
💦 HYDRATION 💦
You’d be surprised how many people drink half a litre of water or less a day and believe they’re ‘well hydrated’
The recommended daily intake for someone with an inactive job and exercises minimally is 2 litres (or 8 x 250ml glasses) per day, this is without taking in to consideration weather conditions, alcohol consumption, activity levels and an active job
Any of my clients will tell you, I’m a hydration nazi, and looking at the diagram, you’ll understand why. If you’re someone who often suffers with headaches, bloating, dry skin, feeling fatigued, constant cravings and feeling hungry - your water intake and quality should be the first place you investigate. Thirst occurs when your body needs water. When you don’t drink enough water, your brain receives mixed signals on hunger. Dehydration causes you to believe you need to eat when you need water 💀
Ways to increase water intake: - Eat your water. Use water as a milk substitute in foods like porridge and shakes
- Buy a 2 litre water container and drink throughout the day
- Drink a glass of water before and after each meal
- Mix with sugar free cordial to make water more enjoyable
