Two days ago I enjoyed All-You-Can-Eat Flammkuchen, wich is a kind of thin pizza with cream topping and different vegetables or fruit on top.

who wants some thick, oaty, scrumptious pancakes? and some raspberry compote to top it off with? was feeling quite antsy this morning in bed so i decided to get up early and make pancakes for everyone!! here’s the recipe below (serves 4):
OATY PANCAKES • 1.5 cups of oat flour
• 1 cup of oats (small) • Half a smashed banana
• Spices of your choice (I used 1/2 teaspoon of korintje cinnamon and nutmeg)
• 8 tbsp of date syrup
• 1.5 cups of oat milk
• 2 tbsp of almond butter
• 1 tsp baking powder
• coconut oil to grease the pan
• coconut yogurt
• raspberry compote
• hemp seeds
• almond butter
combine all the elements except for coconut oil
[🇫🇮👇] Coconut-Tomato Lentil Soup!💚 My fave soup, this is so quick, filling and tastes AMAZING!😍
Recipe serves 3-4
1 tsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp red curry paste
One can (400ml) coconut milk
One can (400ml) chopped tomatos
About 2 dl (one cup) red lentils
(1 tbsp sriracha)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp crounded coriander
2.5 dl (1 cup) almond milk
Chop the garlic cloves, cook the garlic and curry paste in oiled saucepan a couple minutes. Add in the coconut milk and chopped tomatos, bring to a boil. When its boiling add in the red lentils, turmeric, coriander, sriracha, lemon juice and soy sauce let it simmer. When the lentils are cooked blend the soup in a blender and pour back to the saucepan. Add in the almond milk, adjust the flavour and enjoy!

Pilko valkosipuli ja paista öljytyssä kattilassa currytahnan kanssa vähän aikaa. Lisää sekaan kookosmaito ja tomaattimurska, kun kiehuu niin lisää linssit, sriracha, soija, sitruunanmehu, kurkuma ja korianteri. Anna kiehua kunnes linssit ovat kypsiä, soseuta tasaiseksi sauvasekoittimella. Lisää sekaan mantelimaito, tarkista maku ja nauti!

The recipe how to start eating clean:
1. Tidy up your cupboards and throw away everything which is not natural: processed, containing added sugar, sweeteners (they're not better for your body than sugar in long run), "natural" flavours (if they were natural, they wouldn't need to be added artificially), preservatives etc. If on the label there are more than 3-5 ingredients listed, most probably you should get rid of it.
Just put everything to the bin, with no regrets, it is better place for it than your body.
2. Don't buy such foods any more.
Simple, isn't it?
Your body is like machine, and the food is its fuel. The quality of your health, both physical and mental, thus quality of your life, depends on your fuel. Once you realize it (i.e. really inderstand it and feel it), it is a total game changer.

Our current favorite weekly foliar spray for all plants is a mix of all 4x, that’s 2.5ml of each diluted in 1gal of water, very water soluble, mixes and sprays with ease!
Today was a relaxing day for me, I woke up late (really late 😅) and made all plans for Hokkaido and then cooked some simple vegetarian meal! For lunch I made this fusion pasta, garlic bread and black bean kebabs! ❤️
For this pasta I used my coriander and mint chutney and Thai green curry paste because I wanted to clean my fridge, and I wasn’t sure how it was going to taste but it was a pleasant surprise. This pasta was spicy, full of flavours and delectable.
I love when something so out of the box and fusion tastes good!

Hey lovelies! Hope your having a nice Sunday! 💛☺️ I made this Falafel Nourish bowl with homemade Baked Falafel Patties + Steamed Kale + sweet corn + roasted cherry tomatoes + quinoa + grated carrot + avocado + drizzled with a creamy lemon tahini dressing which made such a yummy #lunch ! These Falafel Patties are the kind that are crispy and golden on the outside, but totally soft and flavoursome on the inside. 🙌🏼
Baked Falafel Patties
• 400g can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
• 1 small red onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1/4 tsp chilli powder (optional)
• 2 tsp sesame seeds
• Fresh parsley/1tsp dried parsley
• juice of 1 lemon
• a pinch salt
1. Preheat the oven 200c/400f/gas mark 6 and line a baking tray with non stick baking parchment or spray with a little oil.
2. Add the chickpeas, onion, garlic, spices, plain flour, salt, lemon juice, parsley, sesame seeds in a food processor and whizz until you form a paste.
3. Add 2 tbsp of the falafel mixture with your hands and shape into a ball then add to the baking tray. Press each falafel with the palm of your hand to make a patty shape.
3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes turning halfway through cooking time, until the patties are crispy and lightly golden on the outside and soft in the inside. They will be great in a pita bread, a wrap, a burger or in a nourish bowl like mine 💛

I haven’t felt this comfortable in my own skin in probably my entire life. It is always ebbing and flowing so some days are a little more challenging than others but I think as a society we place too much emphasis on getting somewhere fast than with having patience. I can equate my positive thoughts about my body to a plant based lifestyle, yoga, and as silly as it might sound, a re-direction of negative self talk.
When we are constantly stressing over our bodies or over our appearance those stress hormones wreak havoc on our emotional wellness which DOES make everything else, including a healthy body, extremely tough. When I started actively working on letting go of my self doubt and I did my best to put to rest how I look (even though my career literally depends on my appearance) I made room for healthy choices that started from the inside out. I began to eat nourishing foods again, I began to have motivation to workout, I began to have healthier internal dialogue with myself which in turn, even made my relationship with my partner healthier.
There is no magic pill. The magic is within YOU. It’s within our SELVES. We hold the magic to a healthy and happy life. Take a deep breath, let that shit go, and start living. So yes, just “come as you are” ♥
(⤵) Super simple vegan gluten free sweet potato Christmas-brownies 😍🎅! You need only 4 components (+ spices)!
1 sweet potato ( 400-450g)
6 tbsp unsweetened almond butter
2,5 tbsp raw cocoa powder
+ 1 tbsp baking powder and 1 tbsp gingerbread spice
Peel and cut sweet potato to blender, add almond butter and blend until smooth mixture. Add raw cocoa and spices and mess them all up. Warm oven up to 200C. Add dough to little baking tin and bake 20min.
For coating: take 15 dates, remove pits, add to blender, add 1,5 dl water and 1 tsp raw cocoa and blend until smooth mixture. Add to cake and garnish as you like 😍

Happy to make this vegan chocolate-on-chocolate cake for a local gal who contracted Alpha Gal last year. Alpha gal comes from certain ticks and makes people have a MMA (mammalian meat allergy). Some can still consume proteins such as venison or poultry, but many need to adjust their lifestyle to vegan. It is becoming more and more common in my area (I know of 3 at my work who have it). The lady who ordered the cake hasn’t had any in over a year! I’m so happy we found each other and she can enjoy an allergy-free birthday cake because she really deserves it! The third layer makes it so she will have some left over to freeze and enjoy whenever she wants. Good morning lovely people ☀️😊💕 I just want to share something that’s been on my mind.
I think some people will relate when I say that I have mixed feelings about the upcoming holidays. Not all of us will be having a huge, happy family reunion. It is often a time of stress and anxiety. Not everyone can afford all the lavish gifts. 🎁 There is a lot of pressure on people to have a perfect day. For some of us, this is a lonely and depressing time of year- bittersweet against the beauty and joy of the season. 🌨
I just want you to know that you’re not the only one feeling this way, and it’s okay to not have a perfect Christmas or whichever holiday you celebrate like the ones you see in movies.
It can be small, quiet, minimalistic, and peaceful-maybe even just a relaxing day by yourself. 🕯 You can still enjoy the holiday music, movies, and lights ❤️🎄 and do something kind for someone else. 😊
Honestly, this Christmas will be sad in many ways for me. I could dwell on those feelings, but instead I’m going to try my best to be positive and remember how blessed I am. 😌
