It's been 3.5 months since I joined the gym and have been busting my ass going 3x a week with a help and a push of Rob, our PT who writes my program!😬. I always include Star Jumps in my circuits, as they are predominantly a cardiovascular exercise to improve your heart and lungs endurance. It will also improve coordination to some extent given you are moving your arms and legs at the same time. But most importantly it keeps the heart rate up during my workouts shredding the fat!
