A recent discovery for me is the Geami wrapping system, as a replacement for bubble wrap. It is plastic free and much more compact, with this box holding about 100m length.
The box has a roll of pre-cut Kraft paper and a roll of tissue paper. As you pull them out, the Kraft paper expands as the cuts open out, and the tissue paper acts as a protective liner against the pot. If you scrunch it together, it interlocks, so no messing with Sellotape. The point I learned is that the box has to be secured, using the hook on the edge of the table, or the double sided tape, both supplied.
Whilst I will continue recycling bubble wrap in the studio, for me this is a much better way of packaging things for customers.
