“You will never get your body back after having a baby” Pre pregnancy I was 150, held a lot more muscle than I do now as you can tell(booty goals) after having Liam my metabolism totally changed and my body became more lean! I stay between 130-135 now, no my body is not the same as pre pregnancy, but I’m still proud of where I am⭐️ #TrustTheProcess #PostPartum

You know it’s crazy because I used to hear people in my life that were older than me say “time flies as you get older” or “the days just seem to go by faster!”...
& I am shocked to find this to be true!! It’s insane how life just seems to pass without even realizing!! Then that leads to me thinking.. not to be morbid. But what if this was the last day? Last month? Last year that I get to walk this earth in the physical being of me. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have seen so many videos of people diagnosed with terminal cancer, or friends of mine that have experienced something so life changing like losing a parent unexpectedly that just had this inner SHIFT. To live better, happier, stronger, live with more intention & purpose like today could be their last! But why do we wait guys?!? Some people get signs in way of experiencing hardship first hand- some get their sign from being reminded when they watch those experiences. And YOU? You could be reading my words right now and just finally GET IT. ✨

I’m still over here figuring ish out girl so don’t feel like you are behind or ahead of anyone in this. We are all on our own path!! But regardless of where you are, remember to CELEBRATE YOU! Really progressive week in the gym, numbers keep on rising which is keeping me on my toes every session.

Execution is ruthless.. v happy with how I am ticking over so far, review will be this weekend with possible push on calories ⬆️ Pull session tomorrow, MAG Grips are in rotation as they literally sit at the top of the pile regarding connection and ROM these are unreal guys!! If you haven’t used them yet I highly recommend getting yourself down to @premiergymcoalville and getting them in your pull rotations pronto 👊🏻💣🔥

Well apart from the fact muscle helps give you that “toned appearance” as well as building a shape, giving you a naturally smaller waist and bigger booty 🍑 it can help you burn more fat! That’s right! The more lean muscle tissue you have the more calories your body requires to keep that muscle!

Like with anything else, you’ll have good days and bad days. What do you do when you’re in a rut and not seeing progress as quickly as you want?
.
Track your progress. Maybe it’s a dress that suddenly fits, an old pair of jeans that you haven’t worn in years or just measuring your waist and legs. Find a positive somewhere. Could be that you can do more push ups now or can squat heavier. Write it down. When you look back you’ll see how far you’ve come.
.
Setting small goals. Could be to drink 3 L of water or walk 12000 steps. Do it for a week. Then make another goal. Have something small to work at. Small wins keep you happy for the big win at the end!
.
Remember why you’re doing all of this. There was something in your life that needed a change, right? What was it? Don’t you want to feel better about yourself and accomplish your goals?
.
Try classes out. They aren’t for everyone but many people who couldn’t stay consistent managed to make working out a habit by making friends and becoming part of a community. It really helps!!!
.
Whatever you do, just remember that real progress takes time. Celebrate the small victories and focus on the main goal of being happier and healthier 😊

My 5 favorite exercise for legs:
I start out with Leg extensions
It's a good way to warm up and get some blood into the legs.
I usually go high reps with these.

Leg extension:
5x, 20,20,15,15,12 reps

Second exercise is one of the best moment for your legs, the squat. Make sure you wear a belt, if you're a beginner, start out on the Smith squat. 💪

Squat: 4-5x, 12,12,10,10 reps

Third exercise is the Hack squat:
Make sure you go slow and control your moment on this exercise.

Hack squat: 4x, 12-10 reps

Fouth exercise is the Prone leg curl. If you really want to feel this exercise, do a slow tempo count.
1 second curling up, 3 seconds going down. This will burn 🔥🔥 Prone leg curl: 6x, 12 reps

Fifth exercise is the leg press.
I like to do this one last so I can do crazy burn out 
Leg press: 3x
Heavy weight 12 reps 
Medium weight 20 reps

In the presence of improved dietary habits, exercise will certainly contribute to a faster rate of progress BUT in and of itself, exercise will not induce weight loss if the dietary habits that contributed to the weight gain initially are not improved.

They’ve been told by so many people in their immediate circle that they need to exercise more to lose weight and when they start training vigorously 5 x a week and don’t see results it can be incredibly defeating.

Working out regularly yields an incredible return on investment in terms of improving your future health and fitness profile it just so happens that weight loss is not one of the more progressive outcomes that it offers.

Here's the thing: if you're doing it right, you're still eating healthy ~80% of the time, and the other 20% of the time, you can eat what you want.

For example, you still want to eat your meats and vegetables. After that, you can figure what else you can eat as long as it fits into your macronutrient requirements for the day. -

In der Ernährungspsychologie hat sich das „Drei-Komponenten-Modell“ zur Erklärung des Essverhaltens durchgesetzt. Außensteuerung, Innensteuerung und kognitive Steuerung entscheiden demnach die Nahrungsaufnahme.

Die Innensteuerung (Innere Reize) bezeichnet die biologische Regulation, also Hunger, Durst und Sättigung. Hunger entsteht im Kopf, genauer im Hypothalamus und ist eigentlich der einzige Grund, warum wir essen sollten. Babys und Kleinkinder können dies sehr gut, bis wir es im Laufe des Alters immer mehr verlernen und andere Einflüsse stärker unser Essverhalten beeinflussen  Die Außensteuerung (Äußere Reize) bezeichnet kulturell-familiäre Faktoren. Hierunter fällt beispielsweise, dass es unserer Gesellschaft drei Hauptmahlzeiten gibt – das Frühstück, das Mittagessen und das Abendessen. Grundsätzlich ist dagegen auch nichts einzuwenden, weil geregelte Essenszeiten für den Körper und die Psyche wohltuend sind. Der Körper ist ein Gewohnheitstier und zufrieden, wenn er sich auf regelmäßige Nahrungszufuhr verlassen kann. 
Alle Maßnahmen zur Steuerung des eigenen Essverhaltens werden als kognitive Steuerung (pseudo-rationale) bezeichnet. Diäten fallen beispielsweise darunter oder auch die Entscheidung, einen Apfel einem Schokoriegel vorzuziehen, weil man weiß, dass der Apfel gesünder ist.

Wichtig ist das man weiß das wir verschiedene Reize ausgesetzt sind, die uns mehr oder weniger beeinflussen. Deswegen sollte man sich auch ein Bewusstsein für Ernährung entwickeln.

Well done to @lubazonda. A good visual difference in her pictures. She also managed the best scores on deadlift and bench press for the girls. Our goal after the last assessment was to get stronger and build some muscle and I think we’ve achieved that. Just one session a week too like the majority of people that I train. She really trains hard and always gives 100%. She has two kids and a busy social life, and she’s not had to sacrifice anything to achieve her goals. "Don't Get Fat " 
Fat loss sucks. It always has and it always will. I've seen some of them losing weight (not fat) by following extreme diets which cannot be maintained for long and screwing their metabolism for life by Goin thru such extreme phases multiple times. Someone had asked me years back at a fitness seminar. The question was, "What's the best thing for fat loss?" My answer was, "Don't get fat in the first place."
This advice still holds true. There's a period in many people's lives where they just put things to the side for a few years and eat pizza and drink beer or follow a similar lifestyle where dey eat crap through out. If it took a decade to add all that blubber, try not to think that you can burn it off in a week. It will include diet. It will include exercise. It will be harder than you think. No one is happy being fat, even if dey show they are.. Trust me dey r not. So don't get fat in the first place.

Il mio amico Adriano si presentó da me per dar vita ad una ricomposizione corporea, ma all'inizio, le difficoltà non erano correlate solo al sovrappeso, ma soprattutto agli strascichi di un brutto incidente che limitavano la mobilità per le varie lesioni riportate, alcune molto serie, tra cui la frattura del bacino...
