Si sos un atleta olimpico al punto que hacen esfuerzos sobrenaturales es entendible, PERO de lo contrario no sera necesario ya que al ponerte faja o cinto harás que la zona lumbar y abdomen dejen de fortalecerse ya que tienen esa ayuda que los aprieta y protege y "hacen su trabajo" y luego en el diario no usan la faja pudiendo levantar algo pesado y terminan lesionandose  por tener la zona media débil. 
Si realmente haces los ejercicios como corresponde con el movimiento controlado, ni muy rápido ni muy lento, no tenes la necesidad de utilizar ni faja ni cinto, esa es una forma tambien de ir fortaleciendolos además de ejercicios (abdominalesm, espinales, etc.). BUEN  MARTES!

No bake Peanut butter and chocolate protein balls. Such a tasty snack and really easy to make. This is what I did: ~2 cups of quick oats
~1 cup of crunchy peanut butter ~1 cup of dark chocolate chips (should have gone with minis)
~1 table spoon of vanilla extract
~0.5 cup of chocolate protein powder ~2/3 cup of honey

Mix all together and form 1 tablespoon balls, put on a baking sheet and in the freezer to harden

These measurements made 23 balls with some mixture left over that wouldn’t stick together 😕

I’ve tried about 6 different types of oat and then stumbled across this one. By far the best, rich and creamy. I literally go to M&S just for this. .

With training chest I find people have an ego because they want to bench as much as they can’t week in week out. This isn’t going to get you anywhere in your pursuit for t-shirt popping pecs 👎

In order to grow your chest you need to make sure you targeting that area as opposed to to feeling your frontal delts and triceps working more during the movement than your chest. 
_
My advice would be to leave the ego at the door, target the chest, slow the movement down, build strength and do not try to TEST YOUR STRENGTH EVERY SESSION. 
_
In my opinion this is a sign of weakness if you have to show people how strong you are every session. For example if you attempted 100kg Bench press, the bar is stuck on your chest this week and it ain’t budging, how do you think you’ll be any stronger a few days later to perform that lift with the exact same weight safely 🧐 sorry but It ain’t going to happen 🤗 You are just asking for trouble ⚠️

STRUGGLE TO GROW YOUR CHEST? _ Check this out 👇 _ Here’s an Incline Smith Machine Press which can be fantastic exercise to isolate your chest particular the upper fibres provided your form is impeccable 😎 _ With training chest I find people have an ego because they want to bench as much as they can’t week in week out. This isn’t going to get you anywhere in your pursuit for t-shirt popping pecs 👎 _ In order to grow your chest you need to make sure you targeting that area as opposed to to feeling your frontal delts and triceps working more during the movement than your chest. _ My advice would be to leave the ego at the door, target the chest, slow the movement down, build strength and do not try to TEST YOUR STRENGTH EVERY SESSION. _ In my opinion this is a sign of weakness if you have to show people how strong you are every session. Realizing as of late, how our circumstances and our surroundings can really cause a shift in our emotions in the blink of an eye. Seeing a particular person can fill you with rage or excitement. Seeing a number pop up on your phone can create feelings of regret or optimism. So much as hearing a certain name can completely change the course of your day.

And often times we can’t control our surroundings. We can’t control who we see when we decide to go to town for some shopping or the the gym to train. And we cant live in isolation forever. But what we can do, is to do our best to change the way we think and react. To rewire our brains to the extent that we have better control over our emotions, to become more logical thinkers.

So next time something silly like seeing a certain someone or even hearing a certain song gets you feeling some kind of way, stay mindful and react accordingly. Take control of your emotions, don’t let them control you. That’s my thought of the day, but there is a lack of blood flowing to my brain due to just training legs, so I’m probably talking shit 🤷🏼‍♂️

6 months ago.......I would not have had the confidence to walk about the beach dressed in just a bikini and cover up.

And I definitely would not have had the confidence to go one step further and lie on a sunbed at the front on the beach in JUST my bikini......IN IBIZA!! But this weekend just past.....that is exactly what I did!! Because I am more confident in my own skin!!! Am I perfect?? No!! Am I finished working on me??? Not a chance!! But I am in a whole different place than I was 6 months ago!! When we train, appropriate Nutrition and Supplementation matters even more for optimal performance and results. Many people, confuse supplements for medicines to which I want to say that medicines cure diseases whereas supplements improve performance, body composition and general well being. 
Why do we need supplements when we have food in abundance AND supplements are not natural but man-made?! To this, I would like to state a few examples to which everyone can easily relate. When a woman is pregnant, the doctor prescribes certain supplements to be taken throughout the 9 months because of the increased demands of pregnancy. These supplements NOT medicines because pregnancy is not a disease, help in her well being throughout. During our growing years we have had a lot of bournvita and complan which are also food supplements. If you talk about natural and man-made, then all the packaged food items you get at a superstore (buiscuits, corn/ wheat flakes/ Maggie...what not) are man-made. Infact, all the agricultural grains are man-made! The Early Man...what we read in history, lead a healthy life eating only meat, fruits and vegetables from plants, Not Grains!
You see, It is impossible to predict the nutrient value of various whole foods. And even if you did know exactly what everything contained, it's impractical for most people to get all the nutrients their bodies require to function optimally from regular food without consuming far more calories than they need. Especially... in a country like ours where the food platter is carbohydrate dominated and most of the people are vegetarians.
When the body goes through the stress of intense training, the nutritional requirements go up and hence the role of supplements come into play. The bottom line is...If you don't have the nutrients in your system to recover, much less improve, following intense exercise, it's like you are flicking a lighter with no butane-you might get a spark but no flame. You have to have both, the material for that fire to burn and that spark to create the flame.
