Wether I'm in the gym banging out weight, running on a track, or swimming in the gulf, physical activity keeps me going and it's something that will stick with me throughout my life. I used to believe in plateaus and linked my lack of muscle development in a certain area on genetics until I realized that I'm making excuses and excuses are weak. The way I see it now, there's no limitations on what you can build your body into. Hit every muscle group, try new exercises, think of your body as a machine. I feel a lot healthier being lean but still remaining strong as shit as appose to being bulky and a bit stronger. It’s FASTer Way to Fat Loss®️ leg day! My 🍑 is on 🔥! If you exercise at home I would highly suggest getting a set of bands! They are versatile, inexpensive (at least mine were!), and they are easy to travel with. I love using them to increase burn with glute exercises!
