My brunch the other day was this super delicious vegetarian fry-up! I used @lindamccartneyfoods vegetarian sausages and @vitalite dairy free spread on my crumpets! I’m so used to having dairy free spread now, I really don’t miss having butter at all! This is one of my favourite go-to meals as it’s just soooo yummy!🤤🍳

To look at this photo comparison made me so proud.......there is so much going on in these photos that many may actually miss but to me they are so relevant. 
Before Isagenix photo : I'm smiling but uncomfortable, I'm trying to cover myself with a napkin (how sad).
Now photo : I've just come back from Paris for my Husbands Work Gala event......I happily posed for photos, I was so confident in my own skin.....but this photo speaks volumes as you can directly compare to my "before" photo........regardless of the weight difference, I'm truly smiling from within and I'm now using my left arm/hand not to hold a napkin to cover myself but to put round one of the (many) new friends who I met this weekend!!! Being in off season is hard for many people. Many people struggling with weight gain and being comfortable with the 'fluff they are putting on. In all honesty it's hard to maintain such a lean physique. The body isn't built for it. The body needs to grow, we need strength, nutrition, protein carbs and fats. Atm I am enjoying a flexible lifestyle. Still eating healthy bit allowing myself treats. The only difference is that although I'm eating what I want when I want, I am using all the extra carbs and fats I have in the gym. I'm lifting those heavy was weights, I'm crushing the mindset, pushing every limit I have to the point where feeling sore everyday is the best feeling ever.

I have never felt so strong, determined, happy, energetic and very very sore in my life. Tho gs are taking a big turn. Refocusing on some old goals and setting some new ones. Sure abs are good, sure muscles are good but you know what else is good. Being able to enjoy life around you. Eat out comfortably with your friends and family, wanting a donut ane just eating one but also smashing those weights. 
It's all about balance and focus. Remember that. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable and remember. IF THEY DONT LOVE YOU IN YOUR BULK, THAN THEY SURE AS HELL DONT DESERVE YOU WHEN YOUT 7% BIDY FAT AND SHREDDED AS FUCK 💪

So a little update on Saturday, I competed in the British Finals for the Ukbff. 
This year has been a hard year, as I felt my body wasn’t responding as this was the 3rd year on the trot of me competing. 
I started my prep on the 15th of January and did 3 shows. 
So I’ve been prepping for 35weeks Total, even staying on track whilst on holiday. 
There were so many times, I felt like throwing the towel in. There were so many occasions I missed out on. But I wasn’t ready to give up, that’s not who I am, I kept pushing and trying my best. 
But Saturday was the best day ever as I only went placed 5th in the British finals 🇬🇧 It still hasn’t stunk in 🙈 little old me, from a little village 5th in BRITAIN 🇬🇧🏆 ( what the hell!!)
I couldn’t of done it with @pmerchant111 who pushed me through my sessions, did my food prep whilst I fitted in cardio,and kept me going when I felt like giving up.❤️ Also my friends and family for the constant love and support and the understanding of the sport.

The F45 8 Week Challenge teaches us the importance of food to fuel, heal, repair and even burn body fat. That’s right, you actually need to eat food correctly, not starve, in order to burn body fat. 👏
So why are the snack’s like this equally important and why shouldn’t we fast/skip meals or snacks?! 🤷‍♀️

In order to burn body fat and build muscle mass, we must firstly control our blood sugar levels. 🤔 If you’re body is starved it will break down muscle mass to obtain fuel for energy, which is what will happen when we go long periods of time without food due to the blood sugars lowering. 😬
A blood sugar low is often is then followed by a blood sugar high, causing cravings and binge eating etc. and so the cycle begins! 🤦‍♀️

So to burn body fat you you don’t have to starve ❌, you can eat good amounts of quality food ✅ as shown on the Challenge meal plan and have some tasty snacks like this along the way! 🤗

The F45 8 Week Challenge teaches us the importance of food to fuel, heal, repair and even burn body fat. Layer 2: organic tomato lasagna sauce, nutritional yeast or vegan cheese 
Layer 3: mountain bread, cooked pumpkin, spinach & zucchini  topped with more sauce & cheese (add some mixed herbs and sage)
