I competed in the northern Colorado npc show this past April as my first show and I saw a lot of room for improvement..so much so that I didn't think about another show until November but I ended up changing my mind and ended my competition season after that one show and started my off-season.
Since that show (stage weight) to today I gained nearly 40lbs. Clearly not all muscle and I lost a lot of my lines, but I also bulked up where I believe I needed to and I still have work to do, but this goes to show you that if you commit and you go all in you can really make a change. 🔵🔵 Staying focused on what you need to do to accomplish your goals is a very important 🗝️ to my success

Started glutes & hams with KB sumo squats. If you do them this way, you won’t need or want a lot of weight! This is a 35lb KB.
Complete 15 reps full ROM. Focus on squeezing glutes as you push through your heels
Hold for 15 seconds at the bottom
Then complete 10 partial reps!
If you’ve never had a glute pump before, you will now! 👐🏽🍑🥵

How do you achieve results........ Duh 🙄 by staying Consistent over time!!! I’ve been consistently training for over 20 years, don’t get frustrated when you don’t see immediate results, it takes time for your body to adjust to a new program, just keep pushing the results will follow!!!!!
