Who is Listening⠀
“Now then, let the fear of the Lord be upon you. Be careful what you do, for there is no injustice with the Lord our God, or partiality or taking bribes."”
2 Chronicles 19:7 ESV ⠀ ⠀
So many of us live our lives with scant regard to the fact that God sees everything that we do. I remember that when our children were young they were playing in an adjacent room with their friends when everything suddenly went quiet. “ don’t even think about doing that“ I said instinctively and I heard a whispered reply “how does he know?“ ⠀ ⠀
They were oblivious to the fact that as a parent if everything goes quiet something is normally amiss. Also at that age there is no comprehension that we were also once children and did similar things with our friends.
As adults we keep up this pretence doing things, saying things, even thinking things in secret that we never think would come into the light. We are living in a time when the closest of scrutinies is been placed on each of us. Sometimes we find this intrusive but most of the time we do not realise is actually happening.
How much of what we do is actually godly? How much of it would we be ashamed of if we were caught out? Thankfully we can turn our eyes to Jesus and as we repent all of our past is redeemed, there is no condemnation, we have been set free. Our part is now to live the life He has called us to and walk in the light and not the shadows
Have you heard that still small voice? The voice I heard used to bring shame, hate, judgement, and fear. How could a God full of love and anointing pour that into me?
Except He doesn’t. I had to realize I was allowing MY voice that had fallen prey to lies of the enemy for far too long to become so loud I couldn’t hear the truth. He had never stopped speaking over me.
He doesn’t condemn with His truth, He champions with His grace and love.
May we never forget to listen as He sings over us.
Allow yourself to believe that God has good plans for you regardless of how sinful your past life has been. He does not condemn you. He forgives and forgets and continues to call you to spend time with him and grow in His Word #nocondemnation#greatfuture
“You can enter true life only through the narrow gate. The gate to hell is very wide, and there is plenty of room on the road that leads there. Many people go that way. But the gate that opens the way to true life is narrow. And the road that leads there is hard to follow. Only a few people find it.
Matthew 7:13-14 ERV
There is therefore now #nocondemnation for those who are live a #lifeinchristjesus for the law of #theSpirit of live in #Christ#Jesus has set you free from the law of #sin and #death .
Dr Ron Repice
I met a great Functional Medicine Doctor here in Naples and his name is Cory Howard. Dr Cory asked me one day a really profound question: "What is your personal Mission Statement?" ... not for my business, but yet for myself! I found myself at a loss for an answer and so I began to soul search, meditate & pray on this. As i did, i looked over and saw the placard a friend had gifted me that sits on my shelf in my home office.
That placard which I will attach simply has One Amazing Word - "INSPIRE"
So.... I have now and thanks to Dr Cory really discovered my true purpose.
I want and do love ... To Inspire
To Inspire is to elevate one to greater effort, enthusiasm and creativity. To awaken a particular feeling in someone. To help ourselves & others .... To Be The Best Version of Themselves.. .... Knowing that we ARE Whole & Complete....Lacking NOTHING!!!! Wow.... I hope this Inspired Someone Today.
You have a Gift
You have a Talent
You are Loved
You are Made in God's Image 🙏
In his strength my strength is renewed daily!
He leads me in paths of righteousness FOR HIS NAME SAKE...... Its not about me or what I have done or doing, ITS ALL FOR HIS AND ABOUT HIS NAME SAKE! 🙏
Food Guilt. Have you experienced it? I know I've struggled with it! 😕
I hate it, food guilt, that is. I hate how it makes me feel and how I start doubting myself. 🙇🏼♀️🍕🍫🍩 Today I'm talking about why we struggle with food guilt and how to get rid of it! 🔥 Read more about it on my blog. You can find the link in my profile!
But first, in the comments below tell me how food guilt makes you feel, using emojis! 👇🏼
So many children, from middle school, all the way to college have lost hope! They let their mistakes and their past stop them from letting God bless them. It is our job to let them know that we see diamonds in them! They may not be sparkling yet, but it's our job to let them know that God is already pleased with them! If they just let God into their hearts and lives, they can sit back and watch God do a work in them USING their trials, mistakes, and bad situations for His glory! God loves when broken people come to Him, because not only can He bless you despite your past, but the worse your situation is, the more His glory is revealed when He rights your situation and blesses you through it! #nevergiveup#nevertoolate#getbackup#revivalrally#revival#youthofchrist#nocondemnation#hope
Stop being so hard on yourself! Stop feeling guilty for not being what you’ve envisioned for yourself being.(I promise you’ll get there) Instead of highlighting the things you’ve done wrong or the things you haven’t accomplished yet, celebrate small wins that will ultimately lead to big wins!!!!
#KNOWN by @taurenwells, an amazing song of #FREEDOM . The first time I heard this concept of being #fullyknown was from pastor @MattChandler74 in a 12-part sermon series called #RecoveringRedemption . My plumber friend had introduced me to the concept a few years prior. But, it wasn't until after hearing the sermon series that the concept started to haunt me. That is, until I gave into the prompting of the #HolySpirit , trusted that Jesus was truly my deliverer and “came clean.” After I had shared everything that came to mind (because I only wanted to cry once), my wife chose to do the same.
From then on, confession and remaining #fullyknown became a lifestyle. People in our #communitygroup noticed the changes in us and “joined the club.” It was as if everyone was experiencing the joy of Romans 8:1, there is #nocondemnation#inChrist#Jesus our #Lord .
I used to wish that being fully known was a one time deal. It is a lifestyle. I don't dread crossing over into fully known because in it God is glorified. In fact, the ongoing cycle of sin, guilt, shame, fear, confession, repentance, and reconciliation is a way to keep displaying godliness here on earth as it is in heaven. @TimKellerNYC writes about being fully known in his book, #TheMeaningofMarriage
"To be loved but not known is comforting but superficial. To be known and loved is our greatest fear. But to be fully known and truly loved is, well, a lot like being loved by God. It is what we need more than anything.” When it comes to being fully known, we need not fear for Lord has not given his children a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind. Another person's reaction should never be a factor in choosing to be free. It is for freedom that Christ has set us #free . #FREEDOMINCHRIST#FORALLBELIEVERS#GOSPELCENTERED#CONFESSION
Romans 8:1 (NLT)
"So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus."
The moment we fail, the Cross has provided the redemption for that very failure. Don't entertain the condemnation. Entertain Jesus! 😊
Self-condemnation may be worse than self-righteousness, because when we don’t value and esteem ourselves, we are condemning what God has esteemed, and essentially calling Him a fool for sacrificing Himself for us. Self-Condemnation may also be the most damaging sin, because it makes us abuse ourselves and accept, rationalize, and justify abuse from others. When Jesus told the woman caught in adultery (by a gang of religious leaders and by herself 😏), “Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more,” He was telling her to see herself like He saw her, to stop behaving like she was less than a child of the Living God, and that she was worth Him dying for. Stop accusing and condemning yourself...today!
“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”

I know Some of the BIGGEST things that will hold you back......GUILT SHAME and CONDEMNATION 💆🏾♀️💆🏾♀️. I’ve lived under that pressure for years. Feeling bad and resentful towards myself about mistakes that I’ve made and things in my past that happened outside of my control. It took me to a very low depressing state in life to the point where I wanted to give up on life completely. It stunted my growth and caused me to have extreme low self esteem. I’m in a place now where I’m growing from that mindset but sometimes it’s still challenging. So I HAVE to lean on what Jesus did. Not what I’ve done....HOW HAS GUILT SHAME AND CONDEMNATION AFFECTED YOU??? Let’s talk about it! Post your comments below. And as usual, hmu w prayer requests! #nocondemnation#noguilt#loveyourselfmore 💗 #prettynradical#millenialwomen#thinkright
Hey guys seriously though. How do we learn if we keep defending our own position.
I don't think it is wise to see every correction as an attack. No need to defend yourself. Learn the lesson and be grateful for the time taken to bring the correction to you and move on.
We must make a commitment to learning. Everyone must be open to learning.
Your learning isn't to impress anyone, it's to improve yourself. Learn from even the mundane things how not to be mundane.
It’s been 4 months and I’m missing my Garret Conway so very much. These days come like rogue waves and threaten to knock you over but I constantly find threads of hope when I need them. Thank You Father 💜
Here’s a beautiful thread of hope I found recently.... Lyrics to one of Garret’s unfinished songs 🎶
I can't wait for the day
When we're standing face to face
You'll say to me see I've overcome
My sacrifice was more than enough
I can't wait for that day
When I'm present there in that place
Where the righteous shine, just like the sun
Salvation mine, every battle won
Then I'll enter gates of splendour
And I'll walk throughout the streets
See the fullness of Your power
Shown throughout eternity
There I'll ponder all Your wonders
And I'll worship at Your feet
See the God of glory thunders
Into all infinity
❤️People, you are allowed to feel! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is something that I’ve been so happy to learn…
...seriously, there were days when I’d see posts saying “choose joy” or “just be happy”…& I’d secretly want to throat punch the poster.
I mean, really, who WANTS to feel depressed or sad…& if it were so easy to choose to “just be happy”…don’t you think everyone would?
💕If you feel angry, sad, depressed, jealous…you ARE allowed, its completely normal & doesn’t mean you’re a bad person. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Often, these reactions can be accompanied by shame or condemnation though…especially for a Christian!
👉🏻We are supposed to show God’s love, yet here we sit feeling anything but lovely.
The trick is not to dwell there, but to acknowledge those feelings and take them to God for guidance.
Sometimes those stinking roots run deep, sweet friends…there could be triggers from buried past hurts that come out in reactions that make you feel ashamed & confused.
I like to think God uses those very feeling to bring us to Him so that He can heal us and set us free.
You are allowed to feel...after all, those reactions can lead us straight to the ultimate healer ❤️🙏🏻
