Back rack walking lunges 3 x 16 Reps (cardio). Building on these each week by 20lbs
I personally feel Lunges should be a staple in everyone’s training, especially if you have trouble squatting.
They’re much easier technically and great for building leg strength and thick glute gainzz
Snatch Deadlift with Snatch Shrugs 3 + 3
Using Snatch deadlifts to strengthen my pulling positions, even better if you apply tempos to build strength throughout the first and second pull of the snatch
Then played around with some handstand push-up progressions.
Built these positions from the floor and then applied them into the wall
