Fun fact: I eat around 4,000 calories everyday of plant based food. I used to be an extreme dieter, and exercise-aholic for about 6 years; didn’t realize i destroyed my metabolism i experienced extreme hunger and was eating from around 8,000-10,000 calories a DAY, for about half a year to restore all the damage that was done. Then my appetite gradually went down to about 6,000-8,000 calories a day for a few months after that. Now ranging at around 4,000 calories a day; not to sure where the food goes though lol i think my metabolism is in constant hyperactive mode now. Have learned to be gentle with my body now though, love and nurture it in abundance. Thank you body, love and appreciate you. 😚❤️

Dairy free options and sorbets aren’t any better; they can be just as high in fat and sugar. 
Many brands are now claiming to have “good for you” ice cream so you can “indulge without the guilt.”
Some are lower in fat by using skim milk,  less cream and no egg yolks, they may have added fiber, some have protein by adding protein supplements (milk protein concentrate/isolate) and many are reduced in sugar by using erythritol or stevia...some even have veggies added in. 
While these options may sound “healthier,” this doesn’t mean you can eat the entire pint because these are still not low calorie foods. And a lot of these funky ingredients, like sugar alcohols, can cause GI distress. 
If you are looking for a lower calorie option, look for frozen treats that have less than 150calories and less than 10grams sugar per serving, and of course go with what tastes good!
No matter how you scoop it, ice cream is still a dessert!

Been reallllly working on growing ze 🍑 and legs over the past few months and I’m happy with the progress so far! Experimenting with different movements and really pushing my weight has made the biggest difference. •
Sometimes you’re gonna look silly while trying something new out, and sometimes you’re gonna fail when you test your weight and drop the bar. Issa part of the process 🤷‍♀️ I used to be pretty self-conscious about those things, but ever since I let those worries go and started just focusing on myself at the gym, I’ve been able to get such better workouts in and make such accelerated progress. •
Tl;dr: focus on yoself and don’t let being self-conscious in the gym get in the way of some gud gainz 💪

野菜と大豆タンパクとカルシウムの栄養バランスもとれたヘルシーなおかず。ご飯やお酒のお供に大変合います。これまた頂き物の青柚子胡椒の胡麻もかけて♡ ▫️

具材はさっと茹でたほうれん草と湯通しした新鮮な油揚げ、切って別に炒めた人参、釜揚げしらす、斜め切りにした『江戸ごぼう』▫️
▫️
上の材料をフライパンを熱して胡麻油を入れ、さっと軽く炒め、江戸ごぼうのパックに入っている『漬け汁』大さじ2を加えて仕上げました。野菜の食感と彩りを損なわないようにさっと軽く炒める感じです。最後に写真の椒胡麻ふりかけをぱらぱらとかけました。▫️
