-360 degree views from the peak worth the effort.
“so now - as the crashing of the tropical rainforests resounds about us, as the sun is dimmed in the day and the stars at night by the hovering pollution in the atmosphere, as the great hydrological cycles are disturbed in their vast role of watering the continents and bringing forth the greenery of the land, as a multitude of living species become extinct throughout the earth- even amid all these events, there is a resilience, a hope, and even an expectation for a surviving abundance of life upon earth, if only the human community will respond” [The Dream of the Earth] .
Happy Friday! Let’s try to be as #environmentallyconscious as we can be.
Chasing the light tonight was fun. I pinch myself that I get to see shows like this almost daily. But remember, North Bend gets twice as much rain as Seattle. It rains all the time .. except when it doesn't. So you probably wouldn't like it here.
One of the most incredible moments I had on a road trip last year to the US. After crossing a huge forest to finish in the snow, we finally reach the summit of Mount Si. There, some birds came to say hello for a memorable connection to nature
I’m a bit late to share this but Abe & I fell in love with this super quaint but charming winery in Snoqualmie.
Largely a passion project; the owners run it out of their own garage & the wine is remarkably good.
The day we got there they were working on the grapes & everyone was amazingly friendly & lovely.
Their Malbec in particular was exquisite.
Cheers to @mountsiwinery !!!!!!
