#doyouevensquat • you might see this as a joke. Truth is that many people spend more time loading up weights (to eventually perform a half squat) than trying to improve their #naturalsquat position. Try to spend some more time in there 🐒, use the wall if necessary, a pole or or elastic bands. It will take time but will bring lots of benefits too! #tbt Struggling to get my 40 #strictmuscleups done in 30 mins at the #prsaturday event. I managed with 8 secs left. Three months earlier I struggled doing 9 or so in 30' • Results don't come without hard work. #WERK ! Hard work and consistency. That's what they often say. Easier said than done for most of us. Staying healthy and active is quite challenging in this hectic world we live in; I am no exception. There are always too many (other) things to do. But many years ago, I made movement one of my top priorities in life. For me it helps to get up early 🕕 and start each day with a movement session @mosergym. And yes, it's much easier when you surround yourself with others that have a similar focus in life. In the end it is about prioritising and surrounding you with the right people.
