Haha, well a bit late, but still feeling the Monday’s! My week is definitely melding together, as you probably guessed from my stories, and I deeply appreciate all of you cheering me on and sending good vibes! 🙏
And in the words if the wise @marieforleo voice in the back of my head “Fact: you’ve got what it takes!!
These are the effects of having 3 days of excess... Friday night , whole saturday and whole sunday I smoked, drank and ate like a motherfvcker. Drank beer, whiskey and vodka. Ate chilaquiles, burgers, chips and cookies, and smoke about 4 or 5 packs of cigarettes (along my girlfriend and 3 other friends).
Today i didn't train, i only did all of my meals, started fasting al 2100,and im gonna eat in about 5 hrs (0600). Tomorrow I have a gruesome #Legday and #abworkout , so... We'll see how that goes.
Diet matters and so does training, maybe I don't look that bad, but I feel different. But i did enjoy my weekend, and that's what is important... We have to enjoy life. Im a bodybuilder and I always will be, but I also date, drink, and party... I don't exceed on those things, for they affect my training, but i don't live in a cage. I live life hard... As hard as i train. I suggest you do the same.
So we have always claimed this quote - “The Pursuit is Happiness” - as being the mirror for our life! 😊
Often you see the phrase "the pursuit of happiness". But that quote, to me, says "I'm not really happy yet, but I am looking for it, and eventually I'll get there". This saying right here, however, says "I am on this journey called life, and the trip itself is happiness. All the experiences, the mountains AND the valleys, trials, fears, accomplishments, all of it encompasses my life and all of it is what makes us happy.
This is what our purpose is. We want everyone to feel joy and love the ride that they are on. We want people to accept that they are not on a journey towards an eventual bliss, but that they can be surrounded by joy while they pursue their wildest dreams and incredible adventures.

MAKE IT HAPPEN MONDAY
You know when your parents told you to choose your friends wisely when you were younger? And you thought it was just a thing so that they wouldn't have to worry about you? Man, as I have gotten older I have come to realize how important it is to surround yourself with like-minded people! You truly do become a reflection of the friends you surround yourself with. Not just good and bad, but how they live their lives will affect how you live yours.
If you surround yourself with people who do drugs, you have a greater chance of joining them. If you surround yourself with people who pursue personal development, you will be more motivated to pursue personal development. If you surround yourself with people who use negative language and self talk, you are more likely to use that same language with yourself and those around you. If you constantly hang around with people who are uplifting and positive, you will feel that energy they give off and be happier!
I can't say enough how much I have come to love these friends I have chosen to get to know! They're funny, creative, determined, and constantly trying to find solutions to the things they struggle with so that they can be a light to others! They make me feel empowered and able to take on anything :-) everyone needs good friends like these... to be accepted where you are but pushed to achieve better! Working together is not always easy but it IS worth it!
Last week we led a youth #entrepreneurship workshop together and in a brand NEW community. We were greeted with TONS of challenges and obstacles but we were able to divide and conquer.
Overall, it was a great experience for us as well as those in attendance. Here’s some lessons we learned:
➡️Trust each other to handle our lane
➡️There’s no such thing as OVERcommunicating with each other
➡️Be quick to learn the lesson and bounce back even when all odds are coming against you guys- don’t be so quick to blame each other, but rather dig deep to give the SAME grace that you receive daily
