I threw together some ground turkey, mushrooms, yellow pepper, cauliflower rice and included Ms Dash lemon pepper, some rando chipotle y achiote powder, Ms Dash onion & herb spices, chopped garlic with veggie broth. 2. Let them choose veggies at a farmer's market or at the store
3. Make them into fun shapes or make cute faces with them
4. Prepare them in different ways- roasted,  raw, steamed.. 5. Most important- eat them yourself!

Paleo Gumbo!! I usually never get to order gumbo at restaurants because it’s usually made with pork sausage but this homemade version uses delicious @applegate Chicken Andouille Sausage and Shrimp. Top it with some fluffy white Cauli Rice and you have yourself a wholesome fall dinner! 🍛🍁🍂

PALEO GUMBO: 🍛
Marinade 1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp in salt, pepper, garlic and thyme.

Sauté diced onions, celery, and bell pepper, 2 bay leaves and garlic in butter or olive oil until translucent and brown. Add a slurry of 1/4 cup tapioca flour and 1 cup water. .
Add spices: paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, thyme. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 tbsp tomato paste. Add 1 carton of chicken broth. Add sliced sausage. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Make cauliflower rice in separate skillet using salt, pepper, garlic powder and fresh parsley. .
Add chopped okra. Cook for 5 min. Add shrimp, cook for additional 2 minutes. Add a splash of vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Paleo Gumbo!! I usually never get to order gumbo at restaurants because it’s usually made with pork sausage but this homemade version uses delicious @applegate Chicken Andouille Sausage and Shrimp. Top it with some fluffy white Cauli Rice and you have yourself a wholesome fall dinner! 🍛🍁🍂 . . . PALEO GUMBO: 🍛 Marinade 1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp in salt, pepper, garlic and thyme. . Sauté diced onions, celery, and bell pepper, 2 bay leaves and garlic in butter or olive oil until translucent and brown. Add a slurry of 1/4 cup tapioca flour and 1 cup water. . Add spices: paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, thyme. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 tbsp tomato paste. Add 1 carton of chicken broth. Add sliced sausage. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20-25 minutes. . Make cauliflower rice in separate skillet using salt, pepper, garlic powder and fresh parsley. . Add chopped okra. Cook for 5 min. Add shrimp, cook for additional 2 minutes. Add a splash of vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Lo llamo "secreto" pero la verdad es que no es ningún secreto que existen plantas que son excelentes para curar y cuidar nuestra piel, y una de ellas es el Aloe Vera.

A diario, uso el Aloe Vera de diferentes formas:
✅ Como bebida multivitaminica y desintoxicante
(todas las mañanas en ayunas junto con un vaso de agua).
✅ Como crema/mascarilla para mi cara
(simplemente corto un pedazo de Aloe y me masajeo la piel con su gel).

✅ Meto un pedazo de Aloe en la licuadora junto con mi batido/smoothie, para darle más nutrientes.
✅ Uso el gel del Aloe para curar mi piel en caso de heridas, quemaduras o irritaciones.

✴️ Por sus propiedades hidratantes naturales, lo que la hace excelente para las personas con piel seca.
✴️ Tiene propiedades antiinflamatorias efectivas en el tratamiento del acné.
✴️ Es rica en antioxidantes y vitaminas que ayudan a combatir el envejecimiento de la piel, al mantener la piel firme e hidratada.

Muscles can only ever grow to the extent most men desire to with the amino acid profile exclusively provided by animal proteins in which can not be adequately provided by plant proteins.

Sufficient levels of protein from a plant source can be consumed however the ratio of carbohydrates and fats would drown your muscles in a layer of body fat that would prevent anyone from ever seeing your gains.

Name one sizeable and lean bodybuilder that didn’t start on animal proteins, drugs, or both.

There’s other debates that will arise, I know, message me.

It’s that time again! Honestly I feel like all the weeks are melding into one! Also, I keep seen Halloween chocolates and Christmas chocolates, so I assume we’re skipping November and straight to Christmas?? (Although I am thinking about getting an advent calendar...)

grilled chicken thigh marinated in a satay sauce

stir fried coconut curry vegetables with brown rice

This was surprisingly really nice and refreshing to eat cold - especially given that it’s SO HOT today in Brisbane!

I find it hard to incorporate some vegetables into my diet such as broccoli, so every now and then I do a stir fry because I think they taste better stir fried in a sauce 😄

Lemon Garlic Spaghetti Squash w/ Shrimp and Broccoli 🍋🍤🥦 We made this for our meal prep this week. Was counting down the hours to lunch today 😂🙌🏼 Directions to make the sauce below...
.
•Ingredients•
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp grass fed butter
Salt and cracked pepper, to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp lemon zest
½ C dry white wine
1 tsp Dijon mustard 
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ C plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
.
•To Make•
1)In a large skillet, melt oil and butter over medium high heat, add shrimp and broccoli and season with salt and pepper, sautéing for about 2 minutes. 
2) Add garlic and saute an additional 2 minutes until shrimp is cooked through.
3) Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside (you don't want to overcook the shrimp).
4) In the skillet, add lemon juice, lemon zest, white wine, Dijon mustard and red pepper flakes and bring to a boil. 
5) Reduce heat and allow sauce to simmer until the spaghetti squash has finished baking.
6) Once your spaghetti squash is ready, whisk yogurt in with the sauce until it’s creamy and smooth, then stir in chopped parsley. 
7)Toss with spaghetti squash,  shrimp and broccol. Serve and enjoy!

Was counting down the hours to lunch today 😂🙌🏼 Directions to make the sauce below... . •Ingredients• 1 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp grass fed butter Salt and cracked pepper, to taste 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 lemon, juiced 1 tsp lemon zest ½ C dry white wine 1 tsp Dijon mustard ¼ tsp red pepper flakes ¼ C plain Greek yogurt 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped . •To Make• 1)In a large skillet, melt oil and butter over medium high heat, add shrimp and broccoli and season with salt and pepper, sautéing for about 2 minutes. 2) Add garlic and saute an additional 2 minutes until shrimp is cooked through. 3) Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside (you don't want to overcook the shrimp). 4) In the skillet, add lemon juice, lemon zest, white wine, Dijon mustard and red pepper flakes and bring to a boil. 5) Reduce heat and allow sauce to simmer until the spaghetti squash has finished baking. 6) Once your spaghetti squash is ready, whisk yogurt in with the sauce until it’s creamy and smooth, then stir in chopped parsley. 7)Toss with spaghetti squash, shrimp and broccol. Serve and enjoy!
