Starting a new thing to help keep myself accountable for a while. I'm going to take pics of everything I eat and create a daily collage. This was my day 10.21.18.
Breakfast: Avocado/salsa toast, hard boiled egg, mango and berries
Lunch: cauliflower rice with Boca falafel bites, hummus, tomatoes, Fage nonfat Greek yogurt, pepper, and parsley flakes
Dinner: vegetable bean chili, wasa crackers with a Laughing Cow cheese wedge and blueberries #vegetarian#mealprep#weightwatchers#ww#vegetables#eatyourveggies
Accountability Check-In! Saying you’ll do something is the easy part.. actually DOING is where you gotta pull all the strength to make it happen. Ya girl is TI-RED‼️ BUT... we got that thang done.
Made a goal to at LEAST button my goal jeans by Nov. 23rd. I’m hustlin’!👖
Got Veggies??!! Don’t forget your veggies! Peppers, onions, broccoli, cucumbers, carrots, Brussels spouts, asparagus, etc...make sure you eat 2-3 servings of veggies a day! They are low calories, high fiber, and they help reduce heart disease! So eat your veggies! 😋
So I’m pressed for time because I’m about to skim 12 articles and needed dinner for tonight and lunch for the next few days. I threw together some ground turkey, mushrooms, yellow pepper, cauliflower rice and included Ms Dash lemon pepper, some rando chipotle y achiote powder, Ms Dash onion & herb spices, chopped garlic with veggie broth. So basically made like a Stirfry? Is that what’s it’s called? Lol #superlowsodium#nocarbs#healthyeats#selflovethroughfood#sogood#flavortownpopulationme#mealprep
It's a great feeling!! 😊
The more you expose your kids to vegetables- the more likely they will be to eat and enjoy!
Keep trying, don't give up.. 🥕🌽🥦 ⭐⭐ Other ideas: 1. Add veggies to things they already like.
2. Let them choose veggies at a farmer's market or at the store
3. Make them into fun shapes or make cute faces with them
4. Prepare them in different ways- roasted, raw, steamed.. 5. Most important- eat them yourself!

I spend $600+ a month at the grocery store?! And why did I quit the vegan diet?
1. If you spent $20/day on eating out you would spend the exact same.
2. This quality/amount is absolutely crucial to a highly active and healthy lifestyle.
3. If I’m spending this much on food on eating out anyway, I’m doing a clean swap from being undernourished with highly processed foods, to being sufficiently energized with the adequate nutrients for energy expenditure and recovery processes.
1. Do I think the vegan lifestyle is the healthiest known diet? 110%
2. The disclaimer is in trying to get swole, bro.
Muscles can only ever grow to the extent most men desire to with the amino acid profile exclusively provided by animal proteins in which can not be adequately provided by plant proteins.
Sufficient levels of protein from a plant source can be consumed however the ratio of carbohydrates and fats would drown your muscles in a layer of body fat that would prevent anyone from ever seeing your gains.
Name one sizeable and lean bodybuilder that didn’t start on animal proteins, drugs, or both.
There’s other debates that will arise, I know, message me.
But it’s good to be back, baby.
😡YOUR SHAKE IS NOT HEALTHY!😡
That’s what they say I get so upset 😭 because this shake right here changed my life! Not just changed but save my life! .
And for all those people that will judge that my shake is unhealthy! It made me sad!!! Because they judge what I used without even trying it!
How can you say that it’s unhealthy if you didn’t even try it! .
But I’m not gonna care for those haters! Because haters gonna hate! .
And I help people just by sharing what I do and they even get result from it! .
I am more focused to those people that needs my help and believe in me! Not to those people that disrespect what I do and what I drink!
ITS BETTER TO TAKE THIS SHAKE THAN TO DRINK SODA EVERYDAY!
Lemon Garlic Spaghetti Squash w/ Shrimp and Broccoli 🍋🍤🥦 We made this for our meal prep this week. Was counting down the hours to lunch today 😂🙌🏼 Directions to make the sauce below...
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp grass fed butter
Salt and cracked pepper, to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp lemon zest
½ C dry white wine
1 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ C plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1)In a large skillet, melt oil and butter over medium high heat, add shrimp and broccoli and season with salt and pepper, sautéing for about 2 minutes.
2) Add garlic and saute an additional 2 minutes until shrimp is cooked through.
3) Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside (you don't want to overcook the shrimp).
4) In the skillet, add lemon juice, lemon zest, white wine, Dijon mustard and red pepper flakes and bring to a boil.
5) Reduce heat and allow sauce to simmer until the spaghetti squash has finished baking.
6) Once your spaghetti squash is ready, whisk yogurt in with the sauce until it’s creamy and smooth, then stir in chopped parsley.
7)Toss with spaghetti squash, shrimp and broccol. Serve and enjoy!
Ask any Chef why they chose the path of working in the kitchen and the answer is likely to be because it’s a place to be creative and express their passion for food. So we will always excel to bring tasty, healthy new options to the menu.
Where as in restaurants the menu changes, at ChefDine it just grows and grows with no limits or boundaries. Ideas 💡 come to mind or suggested by current clients and these can be developed over time until we have a dish that hits our menu. Sometimes they just won’t make the cut, not because the dish isn’t good enough but it just won’t hit the standard we want it to after it’s been reheated.
We’re currently sitting on 180 different options covering a range of diets.
and also modifying our current dishes to fit in with intolerances and allergies so we really are the most flexible food option that you can find.
We’re soon to launch our YouTube channel where I’ll be showing you how to make a range of dishes to make dinner time more exciting.
