Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins. Gluten free, grain free, almost added sugar free (the chocolate chips have some). These are one of my favorite sweet treats to make. They are super easy and a great way to use up some old bananas 🍌 .

All you have to do to make these muffins is throw all the ingredients minus the chocolate chips in a blender and pour it in a muffin tin. Top with a few chocolate chips. Bake at 400F for 8 minutes. Each muffin has around 100 calories if you make 24 of them. A lot of these calories come from the peanut butter. You could certainly get creative and come up with some ways to reduce the amount of peanut butter if you are interested in being more calorie conscious. There are other nut/seed butters that are lower calorie but more expensive. .

Give these a try next time you have some bananas that are about to go bad. Make sure you understand that while these use healthier ingredients they are still very easy to overeat. You need to be cautious you stay within your goals. Because they are mini muffins, it is super easy to just pop them in your mouth mindlessly. Just because they use bananas and peanut butter as the main ingredients doesn’t make them “healthy”. Make sure you are aware of how these fit into your own personal equation of calorie balance!!

Se c’è una cosa che mi manca ultimamente è il tempo per poter sperimentare ricette nuove...la cucina,e soprattutto la pasticceria, mi hanno sempre affascinato. Sarà che mi ha trasmesso la passione mia mamma o sarà che mi piace mangiare? Credo sia un misto di entrambe 😅🍽🍫🥧🥞 comunque vi lascio la ricetta di uno snack che faccio sempre, questa volta un po’ modificata perché oggi ho i grassi e i carbo più alti essendo giorno off 🤗 ✔️INGREDIENTI:
-2 weetabix
-2 gallette di riso -155 g di quark magro -caffè solubile
-10 g di cacao amaro -10 g di olio di cocco
-3 g di cocco grattugiato -latte di cocco (per inzuppare i weetabix e le gallette)
-qualche goccia di Tic ✔️Procedimento:
Formate il primo strato con un weetabix bagnato nel latte e schiacciatelo con la forchetta in una ciotola. A parte unite il quark, il caffè solubile e il tic e mettetene un po’ sopra la base biscottosa. Procedete mettendo l’altro weetabix e poi di nuovo del quark. Formate ora l’ultimo strato con le gallette e ricoprite con il quark rimasto. 
Per la parte finale ho unito il cacao amaro e l’olio di cocco (non ho usato acqua, su consiglio della mia esperta amica @mapuseccia_fit ❤️ in modo da creare l’effetto “magnum” croccante). Infine una spolverata di cocco grattugiato e del @vanini_cioccolato al gusto pera e cannella😍
Se lo lasciate in frigo tutta la notte posso assicurarvi che alla mattina vi sembrerà di mangiare un kinder pinguì! .
