Where do I begin. I have been working with her for years and as she knows I created this meal plan because of her and another client that has been with me since BEFORE I decided to venture off on my own. They believed in me, so I wanted to create something for them. Jae has no problem losing weight...THE STARVATION WAY (as us all) however she has a job that completely takes everything out of her, making her forget meals, go long periods of time without eating then eating late, enjoy a glass of wine or 5 (love you girl) 😜 and then finally winding down for bed, in which she sleeps for about 4 hours. This is literally one of the hardest working women I know and the last thing she needs is extra stress from carrying extra weight. How i started the final climb? Well, waking up to sub zero temperature and then start walking towards the pass after breakfast i reach a point where the steepness is too much to deter anyone's confidence when i look up to see few of my mates already climbed the 70degree slope and encouraging me with screams that even i can do it too very easily. Then and there i make up my mind to shin up at one stretch through the snow and also cross the life taking extremely slippery frozen water fall.
And Finally i did it with my courage and their(@sashankpanwar_ @jagarchloe )motivation to reach the RUPIN PASS at 15,250ft(4650m).
