For those who know me personally I am a no nonsense kind of person. I also have Never Backed ANYTHING like this before. I'm not one to jump on the bandwagon and have to tell everyone I know about it.
Honestly I kept this journey to myself for the first few months. I had to test it out for myself! Once I realised it Actually Did Work and that it fit into my life without monopolizing it.... Well That's When I HAD TO TELL EVERYONE!

Yet, there are moments, like today, when shit just irks. #irritating #🤔
Like, control top tights that doesn't stay up. Yep, fuck tights!!! I literally walked to a bus stop looking like I'm packing heat🙄🤣
Yet, the other side of that is that I'm comfortable enough in my own skin to take off said tights while seated at the bus stop, fully prepared to turn away those who might think I'm soliciting... That's not even acknowledging the multiple times I stopped to pull up everything and fix my tights, like I use to as a child, bc it seemed like the best solution.🤷
Thus, the malfunctioning if tights brought me back to the most basic and revolutionary of thoughts and actions. 💡
And if weird tights are my biggest complaint, Oh Yeah!!! 🎊

PLEASE READ ⬇️ To everyone who thinks I preach the Ketogenic Diet / Lifestyle - no, bro. Its probably my fault that I used #keto on my posts, but that's to attract the right kind of people. And because it's the biochemical process. I want to stress, irrevocably that " doing keto ", or " being on keto " is not the purpose of whatever I say. Screw keto! Why does doing #logical stuff have to have a label? KETOSIS is the scientific name of "fat metabolism". That's it.✔️ How to live the "keto lifestyle" is not breaking away from the rut - it's just a new rut. It's better than carbs, but it's a mere twisted subset of what I talk about.
I eat when I'm hungry. I eat a huge amount of "whole foods" (ONE INGREDIENT FOOD) as they're found in nature. Vegetables, meat, chicken, ANIMAL FAT, and I try to avoid processed and packaged poison as much as I can. And then I don't eat. 🐺
Don't even call that "fasting". Stop labeling things. I eat till I'm full, and then I don't eat till I'm hungry again - which just happens to be after 24-48 hours for me, because I ACTUALLY put in the nutrients my body wanted when it got hungry in th first place. 💪😎
I am IN ketosis (i.e. I use fat for energy instead of protein and carbs), because I don't eat anything for extended periods of time.🤸 So my body burns through the #carbs from the vegetables, and then has two options - die because of no carb energy, or use a new source of energy. I am still alive. I'm not EATING SPECIFIC FOODS, and avoiding others so that I can BE IN ketosis. I hope I'm getting this difference in thought across.🧗
Break away from these patterns. That's where the freedom actually lies. I ask you to please ponder over this. If you spend a few minutes, it'll save you a lot of stress for the rest of your life. Cheers, homies! 🔥❤️
